Talents: he's really resilient. He's great at memorizing and knows 5 languages. He looks older than he is, so he was able to pass off for a 19 year old when he was only 14.

Weapon**: Two CB hammers with copper and turquoise hilts. It turns into a copper and turquoise neckless good luck charm kind of yhing

Flaws: he's been in a coma since 1972. He suffered from sever PTSD and is plagued constantly by flashbacks and delusions. He also suffers from peripheral neuropathy and sever fibromyalgia because his nerves are mangled from nerve gas and sever spinal damage, so he's basically in pain all the time. And his legs have serious, serious problems due to spinal damage from a bomb.

Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): he has the power to create delusions. This can be done 7 times a day, however, due to his mental status, he can usually only perform his power 4 times a day, willingly. The delusions usually last between 15 and 45 seconds. However, the delusion is like a dream, so the person having the delusion has no sense of time and when they snap out of it, will feel as if hours have passed instead seconds. When Calden uses this power, there is a 50% chance that it will back fire and Calden will be the one who recieves the delusion. There is one other draw back to the power, it leave Calden stunned. Sometimes for a few seconds, sometimes for a few hours.

Life Before CHB*: He was born in 1955. He grew up in a military family, his father having served in WWII, and his older brother all serving in Vietnam. 1967 his older brother went MIA, and he promised himself that he'd find his older brother. In 1969 being blessed with a face that looks older than he actually is, he volunteered to serve as a soldier in Vietnam. His superiors quickly discovered that he was only 14, but instead of ratting him out and sending him home, they sent him to the front lines to be used as fresh meat. His squadron was captured by enemy forces during a bombing. He was taken captive by enemy forces and held and tortured for over a year. During the time, he went temporarily insane after seeing his best friend along with the rest if his squadron,  mutilated and beheaded. Eventually, he was rescued. However he was the only one of his Squadron to survive the ordel. After his recovery, in 1972, he was assigned to the front lines again. He saved over 200 American lives when an extremest buried a time sensitive land mine near the tent, an he dug it out, and brought it far, far away when it exploded.  He was severly injured and went into a coma. A soldier named Tony (who actually turned out to be a satyr) smuggled him to America, and brought him to the Lotus Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. There, he could be kept in a stable condition in a safe enviornment until he woke up. He was deemed a war hero who went MIA. His name is on the Vietnam Veteran's War Memorial in DC. 

RP Example*: "It's a time bomb, kid. We've got three, maybe four minutes to live," the captain told me. 
"What?!" I cried. Then I sobered up. "No," I said firmly. I dropped to my knees where the bomb was buried and began to dig. Only with my hands I dug and I dug and I dug. Then I saw it. Goll, the thing was huge! It took all I'd my strength to pull it out of the earth and all of my nerves to not have a heart attack, realizing I was holding a bomb. The thing was massive! I had to hoist it onto my back and I ran out into the forest. I found a nice little crater to drop the thing off in. I dropped it off but couldn't get away in time!

Any notes about your character: He is going to be brought from the lotus casino back to camp by one of my characters and a friend.

I think you sort of dropped off when you were typing up your weapons....

So, when the person is under a delusion, what do they do in real life? Just stand there looking dazed? I think 90 seconds would be a bit too long.

And yes, they stand there dazed. However they will react if someone like, comes at them and cuts them. The person will react to touch but not sound

I think you should let the victims hear sound... because if not, you could potentially power-play and kill the character.

It's like a dream version of reality. However, most of the time it's negative, like a nightmare. However, it can be positive

Weapon**: CB Double Headed battle axe, and she carries 7 CB marbles (about an inch in diameter) that turn into CB nets
Flaws: Congenital insensitivity to pain so she could get really hurt without her knowledge, and it's made her unsympathetic towards people. She's really cocky and arrogant because she doesn't think she can die. She's hot headed and has a really bad temper. 
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): can talk to birds and fish. She can summon birds (on land) and fish (in water) 5x a day. The max she can summon is a flock of 20 finches or 1 heron (10 bass or 1 large 75 lbs, 3.5 ft tuna) at a time. She could, if she wanted, summon a whole flock of heron/tuna but that would significantly drain her, most likely to the point where she passed out. When summoned, they temporarily loose their free will and MUST obey Eloise. The animals only stay in her control for a certain amount of time, unless released. The amount of time varies depending on the size  and number of the animal. A single finch/ goldfish will remain in her control for several hours. However a large group of the smaller animals will only stay for about five minutes. A single, large animal will stay for about five minutes as well. The fish/birds when summoned gain a net-like pattern over their feather/scales signifying that they are "captured", which fades away when released. 
Life Before CHB*: she was born in France, and grew up with her father, grandfather and step mother. Her best friend was a Crow named Yvet. Her father was a fisherman. One day, when she was seven, her father's boat was lost at sea. Eloise was devastated. She and her grandfather and step mother moved to America when she was 12. Two years later, she and her mother went on a road trip. Her mother was attacked by monster birds. Eloise pleaded with the birds to leave her mother alone, but they wouldn't listen. They killed her. After her mother's funeral, she was so angry at Britmertis for letting this happen, that she took a stick and beat her crow, Yvet. The crow pleaded with her to let him go. She decided to be merciful and let the bird go. However, she was so angry and bitter, that moments later she ran upstairs, grabbed her brother's BB gun and shot the bird out of the sky. She became bitter and angry and ran away from home where she then reached CHB. She lives forever with the guilt of killing Yvet, and blames herself for her mother and father's deaths

How large are her nets?

I would recommend you lower how many times a day she can summon the animals. When she's talking to the birds and/or fish, is it a telepathic communication? I'd recommend no shark-summoning. Can she only call a bird/fish to control it if it's near her?

Edited to 5x a day and tuna instead of shark. They must be in a 100yard radius. Yes, it's telepathic.

We've put a ban on exotic pets.

Can you identify the size (weight and length) of the largest tuna she can control? You still have sharks in there when you say she can summon a heron flock/big fish school but she'd pass out.

Is 75 lbs for a tuna ok? I just wanted to ask because I looked it up and the average size tuna weighs several hundred lbs
