Once again, only a few days after the dance, I sneaked into Jana's cabin again. I smiled fondly at her sleeping figure - it was too early for her to be awake, around 4 or 5 a.m. I forced myself to look away and placed the new tickets on her desk. As I turned to leave, I stopped and pressed my lips against her forehead. "Good night, angel" I whispered and quickly walked out, going back to my cabin to pack

Re: Jana Kay's bunk
Jana Kay woke up with the sensation of being fully rested. Her bed was wonderfully warm and she nested her head on her pillow, pulling her duvet over her shoulders to keep the warmth for some more minutes.
"Wake up, sleepyhead!" the cheerful voice of one of her siblings told her and Jana Kay shook her head, laughing.
"Nu."
"Oh, yes you do!"
Her half-sister came down from her own bunk and started tickling Jana Kay's neck, which drew a squealing chuckle out of the blonde fourteen-years-old.
Laughing when waking up was Jana's favorite way to start a wonderful day.
The tickling session done, she pushed her duvet back, stretched in her green pajamas printed with Hawaiian flowers, picked fresh clothes from her trunk and waited for her turn in the bathroom. She did not have to wait long, took her shower, brushed her teeth and her hair, braided it with a poppy and put on a Camp T-shirt with a pair of white denim shorts.
Just as she was lacing her shoes, sitting on her bunk, she noticed something on her night table, something she had not put there. Intrigued, she picked it up.
Her heart stopped.
It was a plane ticket. For Greece.
"James," she whispered.
"What?" one of her half-brothers, called James, asked.
"Huh? Nothing," she quickly replied, and stuffed her ticket into her trunk.
The next day, after having explained to Chiron she needed a break, she packed some clothes, towels, and other useful belongings into her poppy red trunk and had Argus drive her to the New York airport.

Re: Jana Kay's bunk
As I arrived in front of the Demeter cabin, I paused and sat down on one of the benches near. Picking up a bunch of small margarets, I stuck them under the post it before taking out the pen that Jana had got me for Christmas from my pocket and writting a reply:
Duh!

P. S. What are we going as, my dearest sidekick?
Carefully, I placed the box on the small edge of the window above her bunk and threw some rocks to make her notice before running away back to my cabin

Re: Jana Kay's bunk
Another pair of trousers landed in the suitcase. Truthfully, Jana Kay didn't really need to worry about clothes: since camp's climate was always sunny and hot, all her winter clothes were back home.
Ah, home...! She was eager to go back. She had spent the last month as an exchange student in a New York school -- at least, that was what her teachers thought. In reality she had spent her time here, training, fighting, and roasting marshmallows with her siblings.
And now it was time to go back for Christmas break. She missed her parents, and her little sisters even more so. She remembered, when they were six, she would sit on their bed in December and make up stories about an elf named Garlandweaver who helped Santa Claus with gifts and would go on great adventures if one went missing. Awww, yes, now she missed them even more.
Only one more day to go! she thought, biting into a cookie.
