Bryce smiled. "I could get used to this." Bryce grinned and leaned forward again, but slipped from the edge of his bed and fell to the floor, after smacking his face on Acacia's knee. How suave! Bryce thought angrily... wait... what the heck does suave even mean?

I watch in shock as Bryce slips off the bed. I quickly kneel down, to help him up. "Are you ok?" I ask him.

Bryce kept his face smashed against the floor, he felt so embarrassed, and at least the cool floor felt good on the rising heat in his face. "Just leave me here to die." Bryce said, shielding his face from Acacia.

Bryce sighed and looked up at her, his nose and mouth slick with blood. "You have really hard knees by the way." Bryce said prodding at his bloody nose with the back of his hand.

"I will say, I think that's the first anyone has ever told me that," I say. "But, we should probably get you cleaned up." I look around for some kind of cloth to staunch the flow of the blood.

Bryce smiled at her and decided to use the sleeve of his jacket to help stop the blood. He quickly removed his dark jacket of ambiguous color. Brown? Navy? Awkward purple? Bryce couldn't tell, but it was dark enough to keep from staining. He folded the sleeve and wrapped it around his nose, giving Acacia a thumbs up.

Bryce nodded, the jacket pressed tightly to his face. "I'll be fine." Bryce promised, "So how did you get your knees so hard?" Bryce asked, feeling stupid, he fell while trying to kiss his girlfriend, and smashed his nose on her knees... cool.

"Umm... I really don't know?" I say. "Natural, I suppose." I focus in on his thoughts. It's difficult to focus when I'm so worried about him though. I frown, and try to calm mysef down. It's just a little nosebleed. I try and focus again... OH MY GODS HE CONSIDERS ME HIS GIRLFRIEND! wow. I was so not expecting that. It's now my turn to fall off the bed. I land with a thunk on the floor.

Bryce smiled and took Acacia's hand. "Let's do some painting." He smiled and left his cabin for the arts and crafts room. For some odd reason he wanted to try some finger painting. It just sounded fun!
