I sheathed my sword, examining the place where there had been a cut on my arm. It had sealed up pretty nicely, to the point where there wasn't even a scar. I had to hand it to the gods, they knew how to take care of themselves with this stuff. I yawned, sitting down beside Zack on the bench.

Zack looked ta Lucy"so, do you like staying at the camp, or do you wish you could go home sometimes."Zack asked curiously, he couldn't go home if he wanted to anyways.His father passed away when he was 10 so Camp Jupiter is all he had left, not even a sibling.

"I wish I could go home, sometimes. I love my mom, though I find ways to sneak letters to and from her into here." I shrugged, looking around. The Principia seemed strangely empty today, like nearly the entire camp. Hm. I guessed a lot of people were in New Rome or something for today. "But camp's pretty cool, too. I mean.... we're basically safe in here."

I nodded, drumming my fingers on my knee. "Yeah, Lupa. She's a pretty cool wolf... She teaches everybody how to survive, then sends them off to this place. If you don't get here, it was probably your own fault, then. But if you do, you know what Lupa taught you was worthwhile. I spent a year there just learning to fight with her and her wolf... friends? Children? I'm not sure what they are to her."

Zack blinked"but who leave a Imperial gold chain that can extend 10 feet long around, along with an imperial gold Skate board with sharp edges?".If Tony hawk where a demi god, he would love that weapon.I started pondering why I loved to skate so much, maybe it was for the publicity.

I shrugged, folding my arms across my chest. I readjusted my belt so that my sword would lay on the bench between us. "Maybe the gods put them there. Maybe the Fates or whatever want them there for you. Maybe Lupa had one of her wolves put it there for you. Maybe an older demigod who left camp put it there in case some Roman kid came along from Lupa and needed a weapon. Who knows? I don't."

"That is the Principia, the headquarters of the Miltary Camp. This is generally where the leaders of the Cohorts meet to discuss important things and sort out any problems or arguments. Most of the time you'll find at least one of our Preators here." Morgen said guesturing to the building.

"Well- first of all there are two. Reyna and Jason are our current ones. They lead the whole Military Camp and are responsible for running just about anything that goes on here. They also represent us in the New Rome Senate, as well as lead the Senate-whenevr its just Miltary Camp involved. They do just about everything- and its a big responsibility." Morgen looked at the building with a mixture of pride and something else that was difficult to identify.
