I had already prepared myself for his shot, and when the arrew flew, I slice Riptide from left to right diagonally, putting a little effort into the swing, and slice the arrow in half, following my strike through to move myself out of the way of the now-harmless arrow.
"Nice shot Frank," I grin, before running at him, keeping Riptide steady in my hands, ready for another swing when I'm closer.

I easily strike through the first arrow, but the other takes me by surprise, and it barely scrapes my arm. As soon as I'm within range I strike a blow at Franks arm, hoping he won't be able to defend himself fast enough.

I think i hear Hazel and am forced to look around to see if it was her. Good enough too or Percy's sword would have made my arm a kebab! How I want to use my power but i dont and instead slide down and attempt to kick his feet out from under him.

I recover from my failed strike, and also manage to quickly dodge Franks strike, but his leg lashes out and whips my feet out from under me. However, my instinct kick in, and as soon as I touch the ground I roll forward and up to my feet again, turning and slashing widely.

I see Frank's t-shirt turn red. I run over to him. "Are you okay Frank?" I take some ambrosia out of my pocket and give it to him.
I know it's a bit weird to keep ambrosia in my pocket on a normal day, but hey, you can never be too prepared. Trouble seems to follow me.
