The Soup Kitchen

I run in the back door, trying to calm my nerves. I wiped away my tears and slipped on my apron.
Jeff walked in. The mortal was basically my father, my best friend, heck, he was my mentor. We were close. "Jeez, Kid... You look like heck,"
I smiled a little. He knew how much I hated being called "Kid". "Nothing, Jeff," I mumbled
"Come on, kid. Spill,"
I didn't really say anything. Just hugged him and cried into his shoulder. After a moment, I pulled myself together. I pulled my hair into a pony tail

I run in thinking she forgot everything! I wait behind Chris, wondering if he should do something.

I say " do you remember me?" i wasn't going to hurt her, i don't even think she remembers what she did.

" i never touched you, i promise i will not hurt you."

" do you need help here." Ben was worried but he thought might as well see if she has changed.

" yeah, I guess i will be serving food."

I walk follow her, i pick up some food and hand it out.

" Ben, Ben Zexion, and yours is Clytemnestra correct."

" ah, i guessed." lame but no need for her to know what she did.

Anatkah shrugged, having walked in after Chris. "I guess she took a dip in the Lethe." It was the best she could come up with. Her mind was reeling.

"Never mind," Anatkah muttered. Whatever had happened to her had turned the once cunning and lethal girl into an idiot.

"Why should I?" Anatkah demanded. This was the Clytemnestra she was used to.
