Life Before CHB: Darrian was living with his mother for most of his life. He had a few friends, but was more concentrated on finishing the eighth grade. Until, one day, when he was walking home he found himself on a dirt road and suddenly a monster jumped out at him. When he got home, after escaping the monster, he told his mother about the experience. His mother figured it was time to let Darrian know the truth. The next day, one of his friends walked home with him, but instead of going hom they were heading for Camp Half-Blood.
RP Example: "Where are you taking me." I asked my friend. No reply came out. I asked again and again but still nothing. "I won't go any further until you tell me where we're going!" I yelled out. Finally i got a reply. "We're going to Camp Half-Blood." is what I was told in a soft almost inaudible voice.

Life Before CHB: He was always a loner. The only friend he had was a science professor. When he was 10 a kid tried attacking him, thats when he found out about his powers. He was walking home next to a local river when the kid attacked. After the little battle the kid turned to dust, it was then that Damascus found out he was a half-blood, and that the kid was a monster. Once he got home he told his mom, and his mom finally told him the truth.
RP Example: "Finally i can know the truth." I soon walked over to the local river. "Let's see, where was it," i said to myself as i looked around. When i saw the area i pointed it out,"thats where the monster disintegrated." Later i told my science professor what i had found, and he decided he wanted to go look, so i obliged and showed him the area and reenacted what had happened three years ago.

Life Before CHB: He was always getting in trouble at school. He was labled a bully because no one had proof that the other person had started something. he was always making F's in social studies and reading, yet he somehow passed to the 8th grade. He never wanted to make a mistake, but he didnt care about school. He was forced to work in an extremely hot workplace, but he didnt mind.
RP Example: I was walking down the street and i felt as though something was following me. Every time i turned around it wasnt there but i knew it was following me. when i was alone and in the open it finally made itself known. it jumped out from behind a bush and tried to ambush me by itself. i wrestled the thing to the ground, tapped my armlet, and sliced off its head. it then exploded into dust and i was covered in it, and i thought to myself, how am i gonna explain this

Life Before CHB: He used to be popular in school. even though he had adhd and dislexia, he made A's in every class. he would walk home every schoolday, and walk around the block on windy days. one day he went out on a perfect day, with no wind. soon after he left the sight of the house he was attacked by a lone monster that resembled one of his "frieends". after that day, he was no longer the popularkid.
RP Example: "ahhh...such a great day outside. too bad it isnt windy." i said. as usual i walked around the block a few times. however, when i was out of sight from the house, the thing attacked. it looked much like my friend from school, but there was something about him that was different. it lunged at me, but i was faster than it by a little bit. it tried again and this time it lunged into a stopsign. it was unconscius, so i left swiftly.

Powers: can puddle rain water and shape it easily, it will drain him of 5% of his energy whenever he uses this power
Life Before CHB: he was never associated with his father because he was always out on business trips. Daphnun was either at school or asleep whenever he was home. he would always play in the rain, and his father would never check up on him when he was on a business trip. whenever Daphnun's father was home he would still never check up on him. it was a lonely life for Daphnun but when he finally left home, he was running to nowhere in specific. when he did run away, he was running with a group of people that felt as though they too were neglected
RP Example: i was walking around my house looking for anything interesting. i had wandered into my fathers room, who was never at home when i was. i looked into all his junk searching for nothing in particular. i had found an area that was never used by him, and tried searching in there. i had found the lead heavy bead, which strangely, he never picked up, and i had only just barely been able to pick it up.

Powers(must relate to god parent): can inflict minor pain to anyone he dislikes, however he must inflict the pain on himself as well as picture the victims face. this does drain him seriously if he does so more than 5 times in a week. (those are the scars he tries to hide with a tanned skin)
Life Before CHB: in his life his school always thought he was emo. the only reason they thought this was because he had cuts all over his arms. this was before he decided to get a tan. he always knew who his real parent was and was always being attacked because he simply didnt want to leave his home in the grimy hands of his stepfather. his stefaother was always treating him as if he didnt exist and he knew that if he left the house would more than likely be turned inside out were he ever to return. after a whole year of convincing he left with his mother to the camp this was only the beginning.
RP Example: it was almost midnight and i was still awake. i couldnt help myself, i was bored and all i could do was look outside of my window. nothing i did could put me to sleep. i started quoting some of the most famous people around the time of the revolution, which for some reason i had enjoyed far too much to forget about. after a few quotes i felt an urge to open the window, however i knew better. if i had opened that window it was more than likely a monster would jump out. i didnt want to take that risk. also i was grounded. so if my mom had found out i opened the window i would be in bigger trouble. "why am i thinking about not getting in trouble? im already in trouble, be it for a stupid reason or not." he mumbled to himself. it was likely that even being up this late he would get in trouble. the bell struck twelve and suddenly he fell asleep, as if under a spell. he didnt wake up peacefully. he woke up to pounding on the window. it was, as he expected, a monster trying to get in. in fact he believed it to be the same monster that wanted in that very night.

RP Example*: i was up against what seemed like a snake. it lunged at me and i rolled out of the way as quickly as i could, but i was weighed down by my backpack. the snake like thing barely passed over my shoulder and it seemed poisonous. i tried running away but it was faster. i was in front of a stop sign when it lunged again. i ducked, it hit the stop sign and dust fell all over me. i was scared so i ran back to my home as fast as i could.

yes and no. he uses his mind but he also needs to use hand movements or put his hands around the wound. something along those lines
