Gerran sauntered in, tuning his guitar. He looked up and smiled at Allison. "Sorry. OCD meant I had to wash my hands about ten times before feeling a little cleaner. Dust got to me in the end."

Gerran sat beside her and did some last moment tuning. "OK. Why don't you sing the first few lines?"

Gerran nodded and when she finished, he strummed a tune for it. He looked at her and raised his eyebrows, questioning if it sounded ok. Of course it did. He was a genius.

"Did I not tell you I'm a musical genius?" he asked, raising his eyebrows and laughing. "My world is musical. I mean, it is the only thing that makes me snap out of my OCD."

"My girlfriend, Kate. she's an inspiration," he said, looking lost as if in a dream as he gazed at the head of his guitar. "I'd walk the world five times for her."

"I'm glad my Kate isn't a huntress. But the Hunt sounds good. It's your decision, after all, so I guess you think so too," Gerran said. He looked across and found a shadow and smirked. He strummed a little on his guitar. "Hey, Katie, won't you look my way, all you're giving me is friction?" he sang and smirked at the shadow ahead.
