The Beach At Night

She smiled and took the jacket, it was pretty big on her, but she appreciated the gesture. "So, where are we going?" she asked

Jess shrugged "Whichever, either is fine by me."

"My bunk then I guess," I said with a smile.

OOC: So sorry for the extremely late post!
BIC: Jess smiled, "Sounds good." believe it or not, Jess actually didn't know who Calden's god parent was, she was hoping she could figure it out so it wouldn't look like she was a horrible friend.

Jess smiled, "We shall."

Jess follows him out.

Bella wandered out onto the beach, she usually tended to come here as she loved the sun and gravitated toward sunny spots. However, she felt herself gravitating toward this place even at night. As she walked to the edge of the shore and sat down quietly, she looked up at the stars and smiled at their beauty.

Jackson sat close to the water, lightly strumming his guitar as he hummed along to a song. He needed the R&R, training wasn't exactly for him.

Bella stretched her long legs out in front of her and watched as the moonlight glistened off her skin making her glow a pale silver. At first she'd been hesitant to put on the denim hot pants that her mother had sent her way for christmas but now with her long legs laying bare on the sand she felt completely comfortable. In an attempt to tone down her outfit she'd paired the short shorts with a simple black tshirt that proudly proclaimed "Eat. Play. Sleep" across her chest with an image of a basketball falling through a hoop below it. Her blond hair fell messy and rumpled in waves around her face, she hadnt bothered to brush them and this dint matter as Bella knew she'd never run into anyone down here. Especially not at this time of the night. Bella had been walkong down here often and was pretty sure she was the only one who came down to this part of the beach. She'd never seen anyone else here before. She arched her back and leaned her face backward letting the moonlight touch her sharp features. This moment was utterly perfect to her, infact there was even music playing in her head. Bella smiled, it was extremely realistic to her. Almost as though whoever was playing the guitar was right behind her. She could even discern the familiar tune of a song by one of her favourite singers. Her eyes snapped open, no the music couldnt be in her head, it was much too real. She turned around suddenly and gasped quietly, "Jackson", she breathed softly, as though in a dream.

Bella looked away and ignored the boy, she stretched out her legs and extended her feet to dip them into the water. She closed her eyes and began dozing off as she listened to the music.

Jackson stopped his playing completely, putting his guitar by his side as he lay bak on the sand, his dog tags lazily sprawled on top of his camp shirt.

Bella turned giving up at pretending not to notice him. "Hey", she said flashing a winning grin at him.

Jackson turned and saw her. He smiled as he quickly ran over "hey, what's up Bella?" he asked as he leaned on his guitar

He had remembered her name! Bella smiled and responded, "Nothing much, just thinking about stuff.", she paised before adding quickly, "I havnt seen you down here before", she said gesturing around her with a small wave of her wrist.

Jackson sighed "I have uh...amnesia problems" he told her as he looked around. "I often want to come here but forget, looks like I made it this time" he smiled slightly

The corners of Bella's mouth turned down. "oh, im sorry.", she took a small step closer to jackson and said, "This is a good place to escape people."

He nodded in agreement "are you hiding from someone?" he smiled and put his arm around her

Bella was amazed thinking about how she had Jackson for a sibling now, she frowned in response to his question though..hmm maybe she was hiding. "I guess", she muttered, "From my um..boyfriend.", she sighed the last word.

"complicated relationship?" he asked as he looked at her, casually smiling. She was such a cute little sis!
