Eric knocked on Jack's door to find no response. "Hmm...," thought Eric. He opened the door to find that he wasn't there. "Well, gee, this is weird. I ask him a favor, then he says to meet him here at this time, but now he isn't here. Where the hell is he?" Eric thought. "Jack never does this. He's always on time, and he's always there when you need him. So, WHERE THE HELL IS HE?!?"

I walk in while trying to resist this voice. I am the cure, it said. Yeah right. I see Eric and say, "H-hi Eric." I really don't trust what I will say, and I don't want him to know about this voice. I didn't trust Eric not to get it out by running me through with that damn greatsword of his! Then I realized it was the voice saying that. It was trying to possess me. I then heard a less ominous voice say, Don't listen to Cure! He'll turn you into his killer. I am Plague, your friend Jeremiah's ancestor. Call Jeremiah over here. He will know all about me. He can explain. I call Jay over my phone like this new voice called Plague asked.
I came into the cabin nervously. I wouldn't have accepted Jack's call under normal circumstances, but he had sounded dead serious, like his life depended on me being there. That couldn't be good. I say, "Hey Jack, what's wrong."
I ask, "Do you know anything about Plague, your ancestor, and Cure?"
My face immediately goes completely pale as I remember the story. I remember that Cure's cure was to turn everyone into zombies. Mindless zombies I ask very nervously, "Y-yeah. Why?"
I just give him the simple truth, "Cure has been trying to possess me."

I noticed the new arrival arrival and say, "Hi. What's your name," in a monotone.
I say, "He's being possessed by an evil spirit called Cure. Well, not entirely possessed, but Cure is trying."

I say to Sara, "Yeah, Cure is the evil one trying to possess me. His enemy, the good guy, is Plague. He is trying to help Jay get Cure out of me." I really hoped she wouldn't ask a lot of questions. I wasn't in the mood. Then I realized that she was actually kind of pretty. But that didn't mean she was necessarily nice. She could be a wolf in sheep's clothing. I'd just have to see. She seemed nice, but I needed to know her to be sure.

I say to her, "Well, normally you don't feel any different at first. But voices will show up in your head after a while. But that's not bad if it's Plague, since he's the good one. He will probably just tell you to stop Cure and how to do it. Nothing terrible."

I say, "Okay. Well, I'm Jack Brown, son of Athena. I'm thirteen years old, and I have been through a lot of life threatening peril. More than I should have. And now, as you know, I am being possessed by this Cure guy, who keeps saying, 'Accept your fate, being anew. I am the cure.' It scares me to Hades. And now it scares me even worse because I know what Cure is now, and it could mean the destruction of this camp or even another war if he takes over me. I can't let him." I really hoped that didn't happen though. I hoped Jay could find something along with Plague, to get Cure out of me.
