Presley nodded slowly once she told him that she was okay. As long as there was no injuries, he was a-okay. Dealing with situations like that weren't his thing. Presley coughed and flashed a confident smile. "Nice to meet you, Aveline..I see you like books-" He stopped once his eyes caught the scribbled inscriptions throughout the pages.
"Damn..don't people know that novels aren't coloring books?" He thought out loud as he raised his eyebrow in curiosity. From what he saw, the book was huge. This attracted him to more curiosity. Reading huge books meant time, which he spent a lot of time wasting when he could be reading.
"..Just out of curiosity, what's this book..ah.." He squinted his eyes through his rectangular framed glasses to see the title again. "..Beautiful Creatures? Yeah..mind telling me what its about?" He glanced back up at Aveline, his eyes twinkling with interest.
ooc: It’s alright. ^^ Anyway, since I’m tired, I’ll finish this post tomorrow.
‘Exactly,’ Aveline agreed. ‘I don’t give a damn if you ship it, hardcore - there are other places to talk about it . . . like the internet.’ She continued to flip through the book, noticing similar scribbles in the blank spaces at the top, bottom and sides.
