Life Before CHB*: I was a straight a student that moved a lot, I never really had any friends. I had plenty of enemies though. Most of the enemies were monsters but i didn't know it then. I was very good at soccer, archery, and swordfighting.
RP Example*: I was in math at school when I found out my teacher was a possessed. She always had a creepy state and a hollow voice. But on the last day of school. I was about to leave math when she said Jason, I am an eidolon, I have come to kill you. Not knowing why I pulled out a pocket knife that I didn't know I had and I opened up a blade. It turned into a full celestial bronze sword.

When you say "small" for the hellhound, how small exactly? Like a full grown rotweiler? Or A puppy? You just need to be more specific.

You need to add two more flaws.

Life before CHB: I was a straight a student that moved a lot. I never really got along with my brothers or sisters though. I had lots of friends and lots of enemies. Most of the enemies were actually monsters but I didn't know it then. I also played soccer and loved archery. But I never knew I'd have to use that to survive.
Flaws: Cocky, Hate spiders, and have a giant scar that u haven't been able to cure before CHB. (My scar was made when I met my hellhound.)

Just a question: Is it the scar itself that is the flaw? Or was something damaged in the attack?

Because the scar is on his back, could mean that the attack damaged his spine, resulting in nerve problems such as paralysis. If this is the case, please specify.

However, if the scar itself is the flaw, then: Does it affect his movement? Where is the scar located?
Scars actually take about a year to completely heal. During this time, the scar is very hard, and can get raised and lumpy. But most importantly, this process pulls the skin tight. Depending on it's location, such as over a joint, can severly impede the mobility of the affected limb. A scar formed over the knuckles on the hand would pull that skin tight and restrict the mobility of the person's fingers for the rest of their life.
So a scar over his spine would restrict his ability to bend down. A scar on the side of his back would restrict his ability to move from side to side.

Also, how scared of spiders is he? I would only consider it a flaw if it was something that effected his normal life, or his ability to fight. So, when he sees a spider, what happens? Does he freeze up? Does he go crazy?
