Life Before CHB*: Sally was born in london and lived there until she went to camp. Her mum and step-dad where always nice to her even if they did argue a lot and got angry when she got into trouble at school. She used to 'borrow' a lot of things and found it interesting to try and find where she 'borrowed' them from. She didn't always return the borrowed thing though and when she 'borrowed' a mobile phone from a satyr at school, they realised she was a half blood and he persuaded her (eventually) to go to CHB. While she was at CHB her mom and step-dad split up and she keeps going home less and less because her mother can't look after her as much.
RP Example*: Sally sighed and looked down at the lake. She missed london and her mum, especially her mum. Ok she had made a few friends here but she just didn't feel... at home. It was stupid she knew, she didn't stay all year but she still didn't like it here and going home just reminded her of that. And people kept shouting at her for taking their stuff, even if it wasn't her "stupid kleptomania" she muttered and threw a stone in the water sending ripples through her reflection on the usually calm surface "stupid me, stupid them. I hate it here, I HATE IT!" she stood up and grabbed a handful of stones before chucking them into the lake, one at a time, as hard as she could "I. HATE. IT. HERE!" she shouted to no one and sat down crying.
