Blake meets a fello Camper

I walk into the amphitheater for no apparent reason I just decided to take a trip around camp and ended up here. There is another camper here that looks familiar. I might have introduced myself at one point in time, but I am so bad at remembering names, I had no idea who he is. I move my way over to introduce or reintroduce myself to him.

"Sup?" I ask, trying to make a conversation. I mentally face palm myself. Sup? Why do I always say sup? Oh well, what's done has been done.

I see the spark and then the flame appear. I give a small smile, "That's pretty cool. I don't have any powers myself but my girlfriend has some sweet ones." I extend my hand. "Ryan Martin, son of Athena, at your service."

I scratched the back of my jaw, "Interesting, I have never met the offspring of Hestia before." In all my years at camp, I have met many different demigods from some interesting godly heritage. I have even met the Hunters of Artemis, not nice by the way, but Hestia, this is a first.

"I've lost track of how many are in the Athena cabin." I admitted. It's true, new kids are showing up every day; so it is quite easy to lose track of the numbers.

"Cool, the name sounds familiar but I can't place a face on it. So what brings you to the amphitheater? " I sit down on one of the benches.

"Well you aren't going start a fire from sitting on a bench." I laughed. "And shouldn't that be easy for you. That trick you did earlier seemed to be fire."

Back before I came to Camp Half-Blood, I used to go camping all the time with my family. One time me and my step-brother made a bonfire. You didn't need a lot of flames to get it started just burnable fuel.

"Maybe you just need the right kind of fuel to make it big. That what I do if I need to build a bonfire or something big like that." I rubbed the back of my neck.

I felt the warmth hit me in the face at the bench I was sitting on. It felt good, even though it was a hot summer day. There is nothing like the campfire at Camp Half-Blood.

"How long have you been at camp?" I asked, still trying to remember if I had seen him before. He did look familiar.

"Why not? That is the point of camp. That and surviving."

"Why not? As long as you control it, you should be fine." I leaned forward and put my elbows on my knees.

"They think if i get mad i'll burn them" I said and leaned back" I do have it under control ,but they don't beleive me" I said

OOC: I think they should be bestfreinds

"Then prove it to them." I challenged him. "That Leo kid has unbelievable fire powers and some others have just as dangerous powers. Somethings are much worse than burns."

OOC: Ryan already has a best friend, but they can be good friends,

"That"s true and i'm ready for the next game of capture the flag are you?" I siad

"I'm always ready for capture the flag. We Athenians never lose." I smile proudly. Perks about being in the wisdom and battle goddess' cabin, you are good at almost anything.

"I'm on the blue team this time so All i can hope for is a good game" I said
