Linda laughed a bit when he said that. It made sine what he had told her. That only jealous people make fun of others. Heck she had seen it time and time again from going to work with her dad when he decided to take her. But still she felt that insecurity that came to her when she had been made fun of. "I...guess you and the horses are right....." She said and then went silent for a minute or two. "But...I...you just wouldn't understand..." she said and then cracked the reigns and her horse started riding faster ahead. Part of her kinda hoped that Finnick would follow. But she wouldn't be surprised if he just ignored her upset tone.

Finnick's horse sped up after hers. "Hey," He said softly, seeing salty tears drip down her face. He learned now not to be arrogant around females when they are crying or else they will pretty much hate you for life, and hold it against you.

Linda looked over at him and then stopped her horse and climbed off of it. She continued to silently sob as she sat down in the dirt and buried her face in her knees. Wow...an aphrodite daughter actually choosing to sit in the dirt. Totally not weird at all...

Finnick climbed off of his horse, grateful for an excuse to get off it.. His thighs started to hurt, plus he hated horses. He kneeled down over to her. "What's wrong?" He asked her softly, cupping her chin with his hand, making her head tilted up towards. His bronze hair was dishevelled, and his golden skin was perfect as always. His green eyes were clouded with concern.

Really it was the world of which she was born into that gave her her problems. Her father being an acting manager. All this expectation out of her. Alice skipped in, back from the quest. She hadn't found Finnick anywhere, and she also couldn't find any drachmas to send him an iris-message with either. So she'd decided to stall and to find her pegasus. Humming, she passed the pony stables. And stopped short. She stared as Finnick cupped a girl's chin, put his hand on her shoulder. The feeling that shot through her wasn't jealously--it was downright anger and disgust. She slunk out into the area.

Finnick heard Alice's voice, and smiled at Linda. "That's my girlfriend over there," He pointed over to Alice, from the direction he heard her voice. His voice clearly showed affection and love for her. "Alice!" He waved to her, not knowing that she was actually upset, being the guy he was.
