Anita growled and walked to the car driver. "We need to borrow your car."

James walks up behind her. "What are you doing?"

"We aren't going to get to him running. So I'm improvising."

Anita saw some familiar places and suddenly had an idea of where the Fury is going. "I think I know where it's going with Nick."

    "Where?"

"An abandoned factory a few miles out of town. My friends and I used the place as our secret hideout." He looked at me. "What? I'm not exactly a princess." She smiles. "Way beyond the good child."

Jason drove there, quickly, seeing the Fury on the top. It hung Nick, and flew away.

"I don't think this is going anywhere good."

Her smile widens. "Perfect. Stop the car. I'll get Nick."

    "Why you?"

"Because I know how to get up there without being seen."

Jason stopped the car, but the Fury came back, cutting Nick across his chest, and abusing him.

Anita opens the door and jumps out. "Go stand and get ready to catch him. This won't be pretty." Gods of Olympus, I'm the idiot now. Running and climbing, she finally reaches Nick. She checks his pulse. Faint, but there.

Jason was in position. The Fury knocked Nick off, though, and caught him, once again flying away.

    Olympus
    -----------------------------------
Hestia frowned slightly, pausing at she tended the flames. Her brow furrowed as she stared at the image that lay in the center of the smoldering fire, flickering slightly like a holographic image. Answering demigod prayers had always been tricky business, she mused. Much as their children might resent them however, the gods were always watching, it was just not as easy to decide when to intervene and when not to, Zeus was particularly touchy about that these days. Hestia allowed herself a sigh, small sparks emanating from her mouth as she did. She ought not to interfere, she knew that, looking at her son being carried away by fury however, she knew she couldn't simply stand by and let it happen. She raised her hand in a casual manner and stared directly at the image, her godly form flickering ever so slightly.

    New York
    ---------------------------------------
A flaming ball of fire shoots out of sky, seemingly heading straight for the fury carrying a boy away across the New York skyline.

Anita, watching them, saw the fire ball fly through the sky after the fury. She yelled, "Thank you." Losing her balance, she falls off the building where she was standing and she screams.

The fireball hit the Fury, causing it to retreat, and not come back.

Nick fell from the sky, and luckily landed in a tree, passed out.

Jason caught Anita. "Whoa, are you alright?" He said, putting her down.

"Fine, thanks." She says, blushing. "Remind me not to go falling off of buildings again."

"Guys, come on. We got to get Nick." James started running towards the kid in the tree. Anita followed him.

"Seriously?" she says, stopping. "You're worried about that now?"

James quickly climbs the tree. "Anita. Catch!" he yells, grabbing Nick.

She runs to the tree and catches Nick as James drops him from the tree. "Serious headache." she mutters.

(She could think he did that, if you want.)

"What? No, I can't make something that big!" Jason saw Brownie, limp over. "I reckon we need to take this thing, and get it serious medical attention, along with Nick."

"You bandage up Nick. I'll help the dog. James, there's some ambrosia in my pack. Could you get it please." She walks over to the dog and look at the damage. We need a vet. She groans. "We need a vet. I can fix a lot of injuries, but none like this. She has several punctures in her side from the fury's claws. Probably hit an organ."

James searched the bag and found a plastic baggie with little yellow square like lemon bars. He brought it to Anita, not sure what to do with it.

Jason bandaged up Nick. "James, can I have one of those? And, I believe the dog is a boy."

The dog just whimpered, slowly dieing.

James brings the bag to Jason.

Anita looks through her pack and pulls out a shirt. Good enough. She brings it to the dog and tries to stop the bleeding.

Jason gave Nick some. Nick waked up, a bit healthier. "Jason..thank you. What happened? And is Brownie...." a tear dropped.

    Brownie howled, hurting.

Westley and I walked down the street, playing "No More Sorrow" by Linkin Park, very loudly from the speakers of Westley's phone (seeing as my phone's speakers were... Not exactly loud). We were having a grand time playing our loud music, air-guitarring and singing both loudly an obnoxiously.

One very unhappy elderly lady stopped us, however, and gave us an earful about our "unholy music". Kat and I hug our heads and sauntered off, however, as soon as we got out of earshot, we looked at eachother and couldn't help snorting in laughter. It wasn't long before we were playing "Battery" by Metallica as sort of a rebellious gesture (even though the old lady was long gone by now).

Nick looked in the direction of the two kids - well, he wasn't exactly sure what they were. Jason, however, didn't know the boy very much, but he knew Kat from Nick, Mason, and Austin in some cases. He tried to wave, wondering if as demigods they would see other demigods in need of assistance. Probably not, though. Jason wasn't exactly a huge blockbuster unless there were "Jason fan girls". He scratched his chin.

Brownie whimpered more, knowing Kat. The dog knew his stuff, and he knew that the girl had helped his best friend in the world, Nick, before. He barked happily, even though he was in pain.
