"Such a sweet, little weirdo." Tumblr_lkh2e7bVH41qa9b5co1_500
    Name:
This demi-god's name is Vincent Locke Whinthrop. But, he has had many different nicknames such as, Vin, Lockey,  Vince, Vinnie, Whin, Vincenzo, even Vino Delectable by an ex-girlfriend, and Junior Squint by his father's co-workers. But, he doesn't exactly care for the nicknames and just likes to be called Vincent.

    Gender:
Vincent was born a male, always has been a male, and will always be a male.

    Mortal Parent:
Vincent's mortal parent is Joseph Alden Locke, a scientist at a forensic lab in London, England. His dad is a very intelligent man that helps with identifying victims of murder and various other things about the victim such as cause of death. Joseph has very close friends amongst the lab that he works at, and enjoys his job very much, despite all the dead people and hazards of working there.

    God Parent:
Vincent's god parent is Euphrosyne, the Greek goddess of merriment and good-cheer. His father was lucky enough to meet her one day when he was coming home from the lab. Joseph had accidentally bumped into her, but was very surprised when she didn't get angry and insult him like most people would have have done and instead apologized very kindly. He insisted on buying her coffee and their relationship grew from there, ending in Vincent quite some time later. But, after Vincent was born and she left, Joseph swore to never marry again, and has so far kept to that vow.

    Date of Birth:
Vincent was born on October 8 of 1995, and is currently 17, but he doesn't exactly go on celebrating his birthday. He never really got to, as his mother was never around and his father was always very busy at the lab.

    Place of Birth:
Vincent was born in London, England, seeing as that's where his father worked and where his father was fortunate to meet the goddess that is Vincent's mother.

    Hometown/Last Residence:
Vincent was born in London, and spent most of his life there though he currently lives in Manhattan, New York because his father was transferred to another lab there and couldn't turn down the opportunity to go, knowing that it would be the only way he could continue doing what he loved. Joseph also knew that Vincent was getting older and needed to find out just who he actually was.

    Race/ethnicity:
    Vincent is Caucasian and British.

    Accent:
Given that Vincent was born and lived in London for most of his life, he has developed a British accent.

    Skin Tone:
Vincent isn't very athletic, nor was he ever really exposed to a lot of sunlight, and his family has a history of fair skin, thus resulting in him having  a  rather light skin tone.

    Eye Color:
The family Vincent has on his father's side is comprised of almost all grey-eyed people, and Vincent is no exception. His eyes are a dark grey, their color like lead.

    Hair Color:
Vincent's hair is dark brown, closely resembling the color of a Light-Vienna coffee bean.

    Hair Length:
His hair is a bit long, coming slightly past his ear. It's also shaggy, and he doesn't do much to it, though it looks as if he does sometimes.

    Height:
Vincent comes to about 69 inches tall, an average height for his age.

    Weight:
Vincent weighs in at exactly 150 pounds, which is slight under average for his height and age.

    Body Type:
Vincent's body is slim, with not much muscle mass. He never took any interest in working out or body building, and instead preferred to observe and even help his father at the lab when he could, as he found science more interesting than any type of physical activity.

    Appearance:
Most people believe that Vincent isn't exactly much to look at, but others think that he looks rather nerdy,. The fact that Vincent loves to wear around his lab-coat, even when he's not helping his father at the lab, only enforces their opinion that he is a nerd. He almost always accompanies whatever he's wearing with a smile, as Vincent actually can't help but be happy. He also doesn't have a constant style, as he wear whatever he wants, whether it's formal or his pajamas.

    Weapon:
When Vincent has to fight, not that he likes to, he uses a 3 foot long, Celestial Bronze sword. It's still pretty sharp, clean, and pristine, despite the years he's had it, because it doesn't get used much. Vincent is wise enough to not go and intentionally pick fights, nor do anything resulting in a fight with someone.

    Armor:
Vincent generally tends to not wear armor, but does have a Celestial Bronze muscle cuirass as well as a pair of Celestial Bronze greaves.

    Pet(s):
Vincent currently owns a pet Green Iguana, or Iguana Iguana as he likes to answer with when asked by people about his pet. His Iguana is female, and so Vincent thought to name it Temperance. Temperance stays in Manhattan with Vincent's father whilst he's at camp, as it would be difficult to take care of her when if she was at camp.

    Skills/Talents:
Vincent is very smart, and knows a lot of things. He's very good with scientific stuff and doesn't try to hide that in any way, and is especially good with identifying corpses, given he was taught that by the scientists that his dad worked with. He has a vast knowledge of tons of useless facts that, because of his retentive memory, he can recall with ease. Vincent is a generally happy person and is skilled when it comes to cracking jokes, saying happy things, or maybe even just smiling to get others to smile. He's also very skilled when it comes to balancing his iguana on his head.

    Flaws:
Whilst Vincent is intelligent, he can sometimes been annoying when he often corrects other people when they are wrong about something, if he knows the correct term or answer. He's also very bad at lying, and hates doing it, simply because it makes him unhappy and knows it could harm someone. Vincent also is prone to stress when put under pressure, though it helps when he says random facts or someone else says a random fact. He's very energetic and jumpy, which he knows annoys a lot of people. Vincent despises being alone, and is known to get very anxious when left all alone. He has a large scar along his right wrist from an accident that occurred once when he had went with his father to work.

    Strengths:
Almost all of Vincent's strengths lie in the intellectual field. He benefits from being given random facts and also benefits from other intelligent people, as he finds that he's not alone. It also helps when people smile at Vincent or return his generally happy attitude because they give him a certain satisfaction.

    Weaknesses:
Vincent isn't very athletic and generally fails in any activity that involve having to do something that requires him to use muscles, such as weight lifting, racing, or fighting. He is also brought down by people who are sad, given he's a generally bubbly guy.

    Likes:
Vincent loves science and everything about it. He also enjoys lab-coats, and owns quite a few of his own. He absolutely adores his iguana as well as iguanas in general. Vincent also likes ribbons, and of course, happy people. Oh, and rhubarb.

    Dislikes:
Vincent doesn't like sports or any sport related things. He also hates being sad, as it really takes a toll on his mood and people generally don't want to be around him when he's sad, and he doesn't like being alone at all.

    Fears:
Vincent is terrified of being abandoned, even though he really has no reason to be, but he always has this feeling that it will happen. He is also pretty terrified of clowns.

    Personality:
Vincent is a very happy person. He almost always is smiling. But, Vincent is also rather strange, loving to stop for a moment and try to analyze something. He can also behave pretty strangely at time, like occasionally using his Iguana as a hat or  listing off the most random facts he can think of. But, overall he's a quirky, yet very lovable demi-god.

    Powers:
Given that his mother is the goddess of merriment and good-cheer, Vincent was not blessed with any powers.

    Social Status:
Vincent was never really popular, but it wasn't as if he wasn't noticed at all. Although, he didn't really have any friends. At his school at least. He was, however, loved by the scientists that his father worked at in the lab back in London.

    Summer or Year Rounder:
Vincent only attends camp during the Summer, as he's still going to school so he can achieve his goal of being a scientists at the forensic lab.

    Years at Camp:
Vincent has been going to Camp Half-Blood for about five years, as he was brought there when he was only 13.

    Life Before CHB:
As a young boy in London, Vincent lived with his father in a flat located near the forensic lab his dad worked at.  Vincent never passed up the opportunity to go with his father to work; he loved it there. He was very observant and took in any little fact he had learned about the cases, even though he didn't exactly understand them, being only 8. As Vincent grew up, he started to do lots of research on whatever could possibly help the scientist with the cases. He soon had the facts drilled into his head and liked to surprise them with his ability to recall almost all of them with ease. But, when Vincent turned 12, he was sad to find that his father was called to go work in a lab in Manhattan, New York. He didn't want to leave, as he wouldn't get to see the scientists anymore. But, his father knew that it was necessary.

Upon arriving in Manhattan, Vincent, who was generally very happy, was terribly sad. He missed London a lot, and the scientists even more. His father felt guilty for his son's sadness, but still knew that it was better for them to have moved, as Vincent was nearing the age which he would need to go to Camp Half-Blood. So, his father waited another year before he decided that the time was right, which he figured was the summer of  2008. If Joseph remembered the instructions and directions on how to get the camp, given to him by Euphrosyne shortly before Vincent's birth, then his son would be living the way inteded for "people like him". Vincent's father was very nervous about this, as he didn't know if his son would go willingly with him to the beach. Through a small amount of coaxing, as Vincent didn't like to disobey his Father, Joseph got Vincent to agree. Vincent didn't suspect anything, but he was mildly confused. Eventually though. Joseph had managed to get to Camp Half-Blood though he only explained it as “a special camp” that he had signed Vincent up for.

    Role-playing Example:
Vincent looked up at his father as  they entered the lab, both smiling. “Hey! It's Senior Squint and Junior Squint!” The agent that helped catch the murders called as he turned his head to look at the two. Vincent laughed, his smile much wider than his father's, mainly because he didn't exactly understand death and dead people at the time. His father simply shook his head with a small chuckle. “I wish you'd stop calling me that. Makes me feel old. I'm not that old.” Joseph said, rolling his eyes. Vincent laughed again, his smile somehow growing wider. “But I like you calling me Junior Squint! Makes me feel smart!” The 8-year-old commented happily. Joseph smiled warmly down at his son, gently ruffling the boy's dark-brown hair. “Well, you are smart. They don't just let anyone help out, you know.” He said, crouching down so he was eye-to-eye with the boy. Vincent didn't really think he was all that smart, but his father's words did bring him to realize that he was rather intelligent, especially for his age. “I mean, you're smarter than pretty much everyone in your class, and probably a few others at your school. You're really something special.” His father said before standing up and heading to where he was needed, leaving Vincent feeling happier than usual.

May I ask how his father found out where the camp was?

Also, I feel like your sword length is a bit long, maybe reduce that a bit.

Wouldn't your character be 16 or 17 by now, not 18?
