For some reason, Blaine couldn't stay asleep that afternoon. Maybe it was the fact that the time difference from here in New York and Alaska had taken its toll on the young man, or perhaps it was that his nocturnal ways were beginning to change as he grew older. Whatever the case the son of Khonsu needed some fresh air most definitely. So he walked along with spray paint cans in his hands, sunglasses covering his light-sensitive eyes, and his mind crowded with thoughts of mischief.
Speaking of mischief...what had is best friend been up to lately? Sure, they communicated with one another during the trip using Iris Message but where was she now? And just like that, Blaine broke through a clearing and spotted her desperately trying to escape a young boy spitting blood-projectiles at her. Sighing, Blaine froze and leaned against a tree to watch a show. His first time seeing her since he first left a few months ago, and her she is in trouble. Typical.
