Is it a trait of Ares or something? I whip around and destroy the other person shaped object. I see a girl enter the room and slow down, not wanting to scare anyone.

Rosemary entered the sword arena, wanting to practice before the Athena cabin had its next practice in the sword arena. Her half sister, Victoria, had showed her some moves today that she didn't want to forget. She noticed someone else was slashing at a dummy, but pretended not to, she wasn't a very social person. She began her practice on the dummy farthest away from the girl, but with her luck, she would probably be consulted, close or far away from the stranger.

i wiped the sweat off my forehead and argued with my self if I should confront her. She looks nice enough but I was supposed to be an unapproachable Ares kid that picked on people. I sighed at sheathed my sword, walking to free the girl. "Hey." I say, leaning against the wall nearest to her.

I take out my sword and slash at the nearest dummy to her. "So," I huffed, "What's it like being shy?" I look over at her and raise my eyebrows.

Rosemary was a bit taken aback, for only a child of Ares would ask such a rude question. I guess I've figured out who her father is She thought.

Kinda guessed that would be her answer. I also realized I was being quite rude. I bow my head. "Sorry." I sigh, "I don't have wry many friends and I thought… well, never mind." Warmth spread across my cheeks. "Sorry."

I perked up at the thought of some one else not having many friends. I'm not the only one. "It's funny," I smirk, "They say you're accepted here but there are always bullies." I shrug and slash lazily at a dummy. "So, I am Lily. What's your name?"

"It probably doesn't have a name, or it does. I don't remember." I chuckled. I probably named it one night, but forgot about it. I realized she was coming out of her shell. I grinned at her, but my grin was like a snarl, so it probably terrified her. I checked my watch. Donner Time. "Oh, her. Clarrisse is gonna kill me!" I shout, "It's dinner time. I better go." I waved and sprinted out of the room, terrified I would be hung from the boars head again. i gulped and ran faster.

Rosemary watched as the girl ran away. She knew she ought to be going too. She took one last sloppy swing at the dummy and headed to dinner.
