open up your gaze
It was Monday. Normally, Andi hates Mondays but today she was fine with it. Cause 1. She was home in San Diego and 2. She was spending it with her little sister Ally. It was better staying at her family's house, probably stuck in an awkward conversation with her mom or "dad".
"C'mon Andi! Hurry up!" Ally was dragging the girl to the park, where there was plenty of people. Rolling her eyes was Andi's response but she couldn't help the slight smile on her face. It was Ally's idea to come to the park and she had to please the girl or else she'd throw a tantrum. But she wasn't complaining. Yet.
Ally was running off towards the swings, giggling like the little 6 year old she is. Andi was going to follow later, she needed to sit down to tie her boot lace. There was luckily a nearby bench, though it was occupied by a sleeping guy. Andi grimaced, sitting on the the opposite edge of where he was sleeping. How he was sleeping in this heat, she'd never know.
It was unnaturally hot today, the brunette was already sweating. She was wearing light clothes; an army green tank top with graphic art on it, black denim shorts, army ankle boots, and a snapback with her hair spilling out. It was summer, what do you expect.
"Ally, put the stick down!" That sure woke the dude.
