Weapon: Celestial bronze dual-bladed sword, which disconnects to become two separate swords. (A gift from a friend of his who's a dwarf.)

Flaws: Pessimistic, having a bad opinion about people in general because of being bullied his whole life. Never truly trusts anyone. If he needed to trust someone with his life, he couldn't do it.

Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Control over fire. He can surround his sword blade with fire and create balls of fire in his hands.(Needs a few seconds to gather the fire and collect it into a ball) He can also create walls of fire and surround himself in protective flames which burn anything that touch them.(Like my profile picture.) He can also shoot continuous streams of fire that are as wide as a football.(With it's point forward.) His fire can reach up two three hundred degrees, four hundred if you get him really, really, really mad. It takes energy for him to use his fire though. The hotter the fire and the more fire there is, the more tired he gets. The most he can do without passing out is a dozen basketball sized fireballs at three hundred degrees, or fifteen minutes of making his sword a "fire sword" at three hundred degrees. He can use his fire as much as he has energy for.

Life Before CHB: His whole life he was bullied. His unusual appearance and his tendency to get into mischief caused all the bullies to pick on him the most. This made him stop trusting people and birthed his belief that though some people were good (like his mother) the general population was out to get you and any help they give is only to gain your trust before they ruin your life. After many years of this, he started to get hunted by monsters and found out me could control fire. After saying goodbye to his mother, he set off to meet his destiny. When he reached camp, he was claimed by Loki, (a flaming raven appearing over his head) and everyone was silent. There he realized he wouldn't be any better off there, at least when it came to people liking him.

RP Example: Draco hated walking around camp. He was always getting baleful stares and whispered comments whenever he walked by. Yes, his father was a bad guy, but no one acted like that around Are's kids, and Ares was almost as bad, if not worse. The thing he hated the most was when people came up to him and asked how his dad escaped. He didn't know. Anyone who knows Norse mythology knows Loki was imprisoned with a poisonous snake above him until Ragnarok, and so Draco's existence was not a good thing. He really didn't care. He was walking around camp this time looking for Percy. He was one of the few people who were not mean to Draco, one of the few who were different than the rest of the world's population. He was looking for Percy because he had found out something important, something earth-shattering. This couldn't wait because a few people gave him dirty looks. This was important.

Any notes about your characters: Doesn't work well with people, but for some reason he makes friends with magical creatures easily.(Like the dwarf.)

And, does the fire vortex-thingy that he surrounds himself with burn things to ashes or just give a minor burn or what?

The most powerful thing he can do with fire is shoot a continuous blast of fire as wide as a basketball that disintegrates most things it hits for thirty seconds. But then he would fall unconscious for half a dozen hours.

And the fire vortex thing could do either, depending how much energy he is putting into it. If it's hot enough to disintegrate most things that touch it, then he could only have it up for thirty seconds (or less if he doesn't want to pass out).

(Won't disintegrate anything stronger than steel.)
(Can melt weaker metals and stone.)

Disintegrating everything it (both the continuous blast and the vortex) touches will be a large stretch, even if it lasts only 30 seconds.

Yes, but he normally doesn't kill humans, just monsters. And if he has to fight another demigod, if that demigod is wearing strong enough armor (or has dipped in the River Styx) than they won't be disintegrated.

I won't allow it if it can disintegrate humans.

Fine. His fire only disintegrates monsters. Humans still get burned, but not that bad. Monsters are just highly affected by the fire.

How many times a day in total can he use his powers? (An exact number.)

It depends on what he does. He can only use his bigger powers a dozen a day, but he can use weaker powers, (like making a golfball sized fireball to play around with) as much as he wants.

Weaker powers still need to have a limit.

Okay then, he can do things like basketball sized fireballs two dozen times a day, and things like golfball sized fireballs four dozen times a day.

I decided to change my weapon into something cooler. (incase you didn't see it.)

Can't he already do the basketball-sized fireballs already, or is it at a different temperate?

With the basketball sized ones I just said it because originally I didn't say how many times he can use it in a day, just how much he can do without passing out.
