the end is the beginning to a world of uncertainty Empty the end is the beginning to a world of uncertainty

Timothy rested against the trunk of a tree, somewhat tired from walking so much. His feet ached and he felt somewhat miserable because he had forgotten to bring water to drink. "Stupid, stupid, stupid..." he groaned to himself, covering his face with his hands. Boy, wouldn't his father be ashamed to see him now?
There was a soft stepping sound; someone else was around and Timothy was not sure who it was.

Nizamat was chucking rocks at the tress near by, not really caring if he distruibed anyone who happened to be close by. He wasn't scared of anyone who did have a problem with him chucking rocks at a tree. "One, two, three." He grumbled to himself. He had to admit that he enjoyed the peice and quiet of the forest..even though monsters and beasts had in the dark. "Four, five, six..." Sighing he took out his sword and placed the tip of his finger to the tip of the blade, studying it for any blood smudges.

Timothy turned from the base of his tree to see a tall and muscular guy walking about the woods. He was counting to himself for some reason the son of Hebe did not understand. To his neverending agony, the dumb Brit found the new figure aesthetically pleasing. "Stupid, stupid, stupid!" he hissed to himself, turning away and blushing ever so slightly.
He buried his face into his hands again, anticipating the boy to either approach him or walk away.

"Seven, eight-" He paused and turned to see a younger looking dude calling himself stupid. Nizamat just assumed that he was a bit on the 'special' side and rolled his eyes. "Kids these days..."He grumbled to himself as he stuck himself on the tip of his khopesh. The nip barely phased him. Some blood started to come out, but he quickly stuck his finger in his mouth. Nizamat soon took his finger out, noticing that he wasn't bleeding anymore.  "If you're going to talk to yourself then you need to go away."

"Huh? O-oh, I'm sorry. Nasty habit of mine," he squeaked, small and mouse-like. The taller boy was even more intimidating up close. As to make him seem less afraid, he got to his feet, staring at him all the while. It helped little though, considering he trembled slightly at the other's blade and fearlessness.

"You need to get that under control or someone might think you belong to Mania. You're Greek goddess of insanity or whatever." He lifted his weapon and threw it at a tree behind the stranger, almost glazing the side of his head. The khopesh stuck in the tree. Nizamat began to work toward him, seeming to towering over the 5'9 demigod.

"No, no. Just Hebe," he chuckled nervously. This boy was beginning to freak him out, even if he was stupidly attractive. He walked towards the younger one, making him shrink down and increasing the height difference. "Who's your godly parent? I'm half-tempted to assume Ares."

"Is that why you look like you should be carrying around a lunch box?"Nizamat asked him, only picking fun..kinda. He brushed passed him to retrieve his khopesh out of the tree trunk. "And you're half attempt guess is definitely incorrect." He stated and snatched his Egyptian sword out of the tree. "I'm not even Greek." He added and walked back over to the shorter guy.

Ooc: Hey it's better than a one liner. XD

A lunch box? Was he insinuating that he looked like he belonged in year three? "Oh, you're one of those fancy Norse or Egyptian kids, aren't you?" he asked, relaxing slightly. There was still the possibility that he was a child of war, but just of a different mythology. Timothy racked his brain, trying to think of the other pantheons. He never had to be educated in them, considering outsiders were rare and he was not one of them.

"'Fancy?' I don't know about that. Maybe fiercism."He stated and stared down at the ground beneath him. Nizamat flicked his wrists and a mini sandstorm formed, only a few inches tall. "My father is Set. You know, that Egyptian god no one seems to like." The demigod said as he kept the sandstorm going while he glared down at shorter one. "What's your name kid?"

Timothy watched the sandstorm closely, his curiousity piqued. "To be honest, I haven't heard much about him. Never studied Egyptian mythology much in school." He stood up straight again, eyeing the older Egyptian kid just in case he started throwing swords around again. "Name's Timothy. You?" The Brit figured it would be something exotic or whatever, as most Egyptian kids were named something in a different language or just names he would not expect parents to think of.

He smirked and stuck his blade in his holder that was on his back. He wasn't surpised that he didn't know who Set was..he probably didn't know who Ra was. "Timothy..." He repeated in a low growl and looked at him, crossing his arms causing as the sandstorm to go away. "Nizamat. Quadir." He smiled slightly, looking the guy up and down.

"Nizamat," he repeated, trying to get the pronunciation in his mouth and have him actually be able to say it. "So, Nizamat," he started. The taller boy's name was like candy on his tongue. "What are you doing here? I'd assume monster hunting, with that sword and all..."

He smirked and looked Timothy up and down. He had to admit, he was kinda...cute? Was the the word? No. Pleasing. That's it. "Uh, no. Not really. although if one would appear I would quickly take care of it." Nizamat smiled very slightly and spun his sword around in his hand. "And what are you doing out here in the big bad woods all by yourself?"

He watched the other spin the sword around, half making sure he didn't get sliced up and half being impressed with the other's physical ability. Spinning a sword had to be more difficult than just spinning a pencil. "I was just walking around, enjoying nature before I had to be productive is all."

Nizamat nodded and smiled a bit. "Well just be careful. We don't want any demigods go missing." He winked and slid his sword back in its sheath.
