Half-Blood and Jupiter

Whare the rules and restrictions on a kid from camp visiting another?
So for example.
Let's say Dire wanted to go to Camp Jupiter and meets another person [insert rper here].
Is that allowed?
Or if the Hunters need to be at Camp Half-Blood/Jupiter for some reason, and one of the Hunters meet Dire.
Is that one allowed?
What if Dire wanted to annoy the no-boys oath out of the Hunters at the Hunter's camp [that wouldnt really happen obviously]?
Is that possible?
I just had some ideas for Dire in the future and wanted to be sure it was within the rules.
