Life Before CHB*: Lewis lived in a small town full of people he hated. They all annoyed him until he was at the brink of hurting them all, but he held back. He got his first knife from one of his street friends when he was around 12, but he never used it. Since then he had been collecting knives, until one day when he was about to turn 17, his dad found them and pawned them away. Angry and upset about his lost collection, he ran away, taking his dads black motorcycle and stealing thousands of dollars from him. On the way, he found an abandoned axe that also worked as an electric guitar. He fixed it up and painted it black, and sharpened the blades of the axe. He rode his motorcycle around all the time, taking it to hidden places that no one else went to, and he would sit there and think for the longest time.

RP Example*: Lewis slowly rode his motorcycle through a street, not knowing where he was. It was late at night, and the only light he had were the street lights and the stars above. He reached into his jacket pocket, and pulled out a gun. He shot all the street lights out as he passed them, and turned on his motorcycle headlights. When the gun was out of bullets, he tossed it on the side of the road and kept going. He didn't bother stopping at stop signs or red lights, since it was late at night when no one was around. Eventually, he stopped his motorcycle and stood up. He breathed in the fresh air and closed his eyes.

The stronger the power, the shorter the time limit is. The most powerful thing she can do is whip people around with varios elements, but she usually just floats around.

Life Before CHB*: Mariska was abandoned at a very young age, so she was left at an orphanage. She always played with her one friend on the sidewalk outside, and one day they strayed away from the building. When they were crossing the street to chase after a pretty butterfly they saw, her friend got hit by a car. Traumatized, Mariska just sat in the middle of the road, until someone from the orphanage picked her up and brought her back. She didn't live a normal life after that, she became very moody. Sometimes she would be quiet and not talk to anyone, then the next minute she would be using weird metaphors.

RP Example*: Mariska walked down the sidewalk, with her Sitar strapped behind her back. She looked around at everyone, scowling at the people who seemed to have a distaste in her. She walked towards an open field, and sat down in a flower bed. She made sure that no one was around, and started playing her sitar. Yes, her weapons are CB. Her powers have to do with general elements; fire, water, earth, and air. She can only use water and air however. With water, she can manipulate it to make small streams in the air for whatever purpose she intends. The same goes for air, but she only uses it with water to make harmless clouds that she floats on. The limits are the same, so she could use water 20 times or air 20 times. Or water 10 times and air 10 times. As long as she didn't use her powers over 20 times a day, or else she would faint from exhaustion.

You mentioned the elements fire and earth too, what does she do with those?

She can only use water and air. The most powerful thing she can do with fire is shoot a burst of 200 degree flames. It would disappear on contact while inflicting damage.

With water, she can whip people around with a small stream, and that's about all she can do with it.

Okay, so I think you should lower the range of the fire to around 10-13 feet.
That or reduce the amount of times she can use her powers.
She already has quite a bit of power.

Air. What's the strongest thing she can do with it?

Alright, 10 feet it is.

Air? She can't use it o harm people. She only uses air to gather gasses and form a cloud which she floats on. The cloud isn't that big, but it's big enough for her to lie down on.

Could she make multiple clouds to float on?

Could other people rest on them?

Can the clouds fly? How far above the ground do they usually sit?

She can make two clouds, but that's all. Other people can rest on the second could, as long as nothing is on it.

The clouds can fly around at up to 10 miles an hour. The cloud can go up to 10 feet above the ground.
