The strength of soldiers vary. I think he means how fast they are and how many pounds they can lift.

Life Before CHB: Sable was born in France and lived in New York. He lived a relatively peaceful life, not really being attacked by monsters. But it changed one day. He received a gift. When he opened the box, there was a necklace with the symbol of Set. His mother told him that it was time for him to leave. He took it the wrong way and ran off. Taking only his ring and the necklace.

Define "chaotic". How many times a day can he cause people to go chaotic? How many times a day can he shoot sand out of his hands, and is it just a sudden blast?

He can make people in the area go wild. 2. 5. And what does that mean?

Define "wild." And I mean, like, is it a blast of sand like the wind suddenly blew it all in one direction or is it a continuous jet from his hand?

I guess sort of like the Maenads but toned down a lot. Like a jet, but with less power.

So how long can he keep the jet of sand up for? And define how toned down it would be. Half as crazy? Can he pick and choose who goes crazy, and how can they resist?

3 minutes, but he can't do it again that day if he does. About 1/4 as crazy. Yes. If they stay away from him or they just resist the urge of chaos.

I don't think you could put a time on blindness if it's caused by sand; if it's caused by a magical spell that causes blindness, then saying it lasts 1-3 minutes would be fine since the magic would keep the person from regaining sight. But if it's sand, you could rub the sand out fairly easily and be able to see in, maybe, thirty seconds.

How close do the people have to be in order for his power to work?
