NOT PRIVATE ROLE-PLAY

Mia sits at a table and starts nibbling some chicken nuggets waiting for a brave person to approach her...

"Chicken nuggets, huh? Interesting choice." A girl slides into the table beside you carrying a plate of fettecine alfredo. "I'm Nix Esther, by the way. Mind if I sit here?" She taps her glass and it fills itself with root beer.

"No! I love meeting new people." She says allowing Nix to sit next to her.

"Fantastic! I would sit with my cabin, but it seems to just be me and this nerdy kid - Marcus? Marcel! - so I'd rather not." She shrugs, taking a bit of her pasta. After swallowing, she continues, "So what's your name and parent?"

"My name is Mia and my god parent is Aphrodite." She states casually. "Who is your god parent?" She asks Nix, sipping some Hawaiian fruit punch.

She swats away a bee that followed her. "Aristaeus. God of beekeeping and other ever-helpful practical arts. Like cheesemaking. She shifts, folding one lep up beneath her as she eats.

Mia is impressed, "I love cheese! How good are you at making honey cheese?"  Mia pauses for a bit "You know, being good with bees is better than being good at flirting." She points out.

"At least with flirting you don't have people avoid you. Most people can't stand the bees." She whacks another, wishing she had enough control over her power to get rid of them. "And my cheesemaking skills are a little rusty. Not much practice in Boston."

"I don't mind bees, I think their cute. As long as you don't try to punch them or something they won't sting you." Replies Mia. She continues to eat and drink before asking, "So, how did you discover camp half-blood?"
