    Laure felt really awesome, really blissful at that point. She stood up and walked to the window, touching the glass with her fingertips as a bright smile spread on her lips.
    Her hair was falling to the side and the light was filling it with golden and caramel-colored highlights.

    "Ave, mater," she murmured in Latin.

    Laure watched in awe the sun rise, and once dawn was over, she slipped out of her bed, took her shower and came back, wearing a trendy azure-blue dress. Her hair was combed and put over one shoulder. Her make-up was easy yet alluring: dark-blue eye-liner, mascara and a little of nude gloss.

    "I'm sorry Xavier," she said and kissed him. "Today was my last day here. I'm leaving at 10 am for San Francisco."

    Xavier nodded and smiled "another time then" he said and kissed both her cheeks, then her lips in a quick order. "I'll try to keep in touch, I'll send letters to that address" he said, smiling at the French girl. "Remember, I'm here as your friend if you need help" he told her, his arm around her waist.

    "Where to Ma'am?" the driver asked her.

    "The airport, please," she immediately replied with her thick french accent, and he drove off in a cloud of dust.
