Just Friends

Lenore couldn't bare to here grace talk about herself like that. "Grace I think your worthy to be a goddess" she said and sighed when grace mentioned her cabin. "Underdog? No in more like the personals recent. I can't get any alone time and I'm almost never aloud to leave the cabin.
It stinks!" She said almost in tears. "Eh do thy hate me?"

I looked down, "thanks, and I'm sure they don't hate you! Your obviously the most beautiful out of them! And easily the nicest!" I looked at her and said "if they beat up on you, I'm coming for them! You deserve better! Does your twin stand up for you? If she doesn't then me and her are gonna have a talk, I'm not violent but people don't deserve to be treated this way!" I said earnestly "i bet their just jealous! I think their pulling a cinderella trick, make you feel worthless so they look beautiful. What you have to do (and i WILL help you) is show them that your better. Pull an Aphrodite trick on them, i hate to say this, but you need to turn the tables in them, act like YOUR the queen, because, compared to me your more of a goddess" i said as i hugged her "your beautiful, you just have to show them that." I pulled away and smiled staring ,again, into her eyes.

Lenore blushed bright red, and was astounded from what she heard. She knew she could never be able to stab up to her cabin! Her twin didnt even know about her hard times because she pretended to be a child of ares instead. She sighed and looked down, then up at her. "You really think so? That I'm beautiful?" She asked as she looked at grace.

She knew she was, she was the rare and radiant maiden whom the angels named Lenore....but she was also cursed, a curse she dreaded to tell anyone. She held onto grace for a second as she thought. What would she doV

I hugged on to her and nodded "you are beautiful, just like the poem. You are a rare and raident lady, who is named Lenore!" We sat there in the music room hugging for a while until i said, "do you want to go somewhere maybe the Library or....?" Then i remebered, "oh! Im so sorry i forgot that your sister was there!" I cried "im so so sorry!" burying my face in her arm i wihspered "your amazing." I came up smiling then i flipped to a page in her book of Poe poems

Lenore stared for a moment, easily knowing the Poe poem. She was shocked however that she chose that one. "Dreams" she said softly, her tone angelic in tone as her hair flowed a little behind her, beret still resting on her head. She looked up into her eyes, unable to turn her head away from her gaze. She stared deep into graces eyes, enjoying the little moment as they hugged.

Finally, she began to speak again, putting her hand on top of graces on the book. "I....I'm afraid of everything I don't know how I could even pretend to be above my siblings....I think they are right about what they say" she said, rubbing her scarred wrists. A poem came to her mind, the one that described her curse, but she couldn't say it.

I nodded "i understand, it can be hard to stand up to people, i get it". I look at her then smile playfully "come on!" I say as i attempt to guide her over to the other side of the room and picked up a cello, an electric cello i made as an experiment. I start to play a song for her and i sing along, my voice flowing around the room.

Lenore nodded slowly "maybe" she said as she hugged her backs "minor sure though...maybe we could create a flag just for us" she said as she contiues to improve te walls that were to be for the house. She was hoping she would get some help as she wasnt very good with building this sort of thing...

Secretly she hoped SE and grace could go off into the forest for a nice date, but SE didn't know what graces plans are, so she decided to watch from a safe distance

I smiled again and then said "so, do you want to go so somewhere maybe, like the forest or lake or outside?" I put down the cello and stand up. I walk over to Lenore then nestle my head in between her head and shoulder, looking up at her. "Hmm?" I say quietly.

Lenore blushed and nodded as she put her arm around we. "Lake sounds good grace" she whispered an led her out of the music room by te hand.
