Oi! It's a fantastic beach!

Arietta smiled at the girl. She seemed puzzled. What? Can't Ares kids have emotions or no? Oh whatever Arietta didn't care.
The girl didn't say anything back to her. Well that's good. Now Arietta has time to think of other things to say. Not insults though then both of the girls would just insult each other back and forth. And at some point there will be a yo momma joke and Arietta will just die.
You can't insult her mother, if she doesn't have a mother anymore.

Fenella pretty much gave up, and strolled a little ways over to a large rock. She leaned up against, still keeping an eye on Arietta, who was triumphing in the child of Hecate's defeat. She would just have to be content in thinking up insults that would have worked had Arietta said the right things.

"So.." Areitta began. "Your name?"
Arietta grinned and played with the frays of her sweater. That's all Ari wanted from the girl, her gods damn name. Not a line of insults that didn't really bother the daughter of Ares. If she wanted insults, she would've stayed in the cabin.

Now she was asking for her name. Truth be told, Fenella hated her name. Fenella Katrine Lovelace. It was like her dad didn't even care if his lovely daughter was pounded or not.

Generally, she avoided telling people her name, or went by her middle one. Katrine wasn't such a bad name, but Fenella never thought of herself as a girl with a pretty name. A pretty face, definitely. She just couldn't make her second name stick.

Anyway, what did this girl want? It was as if she was asking for a replay of the insult barrage.

So now she's quiet.
"What's wrong? Ares' got your tongue." Arietta grinned looking at the girl.
She was trying to guess what her name could be. Probably some name like 'Ava, Lauren, Hailey, Anna,' Normal popular girl names.

Ugh, what an ugly grin. Fenella thought, just out of spite.

"Sorry, I just don't talk to freaks. I guess you aren't intending to go back to your little life?" She said, getting quite a nasty tone. While she was absentmindedly speaking, she decided that she'd settle on "Katrine" for a name. There. This time she'd stick with it.
