Chillin' in the Grove

Kaity nodded she had always tried to point out the positives but, sometimes it was just impossible. "Yeah..." She sighed.

Zero couldn't help but feel pity for her. "Hey, whatever happened, it's probably not always like that."

Kaity smirked. "I don't know people can be pretty sick." Kaity wasn't one to cry but, she could feel the tears coming.

"Well, I'm not sick." He said, shrugging off his feeling of pity.

"I hope so or I'd have to beat you up." Kaity growled.

Zero found her amusing. "Okay, gotcha."

Kaity stood up quickly and did a handstand. "I'm surprised you don't have a girlfriend I mean your pretty good looking. People must not come out here often huh?"

This demigod had so much energy leftover. Zero tilted his head as he replied, "No. Like I said, I barely found this place. Its a mystery at how you managed to find it too."

Kaity smiled. "Yeah I guess." She tried to do a flip but, face planted.

Zero winced as she hit the ground. "You okay?" He asked, suppressing a laugh.

Kaity layed on her back and giggled. "Yeah I'm fine" she wipe some of the dirt off her face missing a bit on her cheek.

"You missed a little..." Zero trailed off, gesturing at her cheek.

Kaity giggled and wiped the bit off of her cheek. "Thanks." She smiled once again and grabbed a stick. "So do you do anything fun around here?"

Zero shook his head. "I'm usually just here, thinking. That's about as fun as it gets around here." He answered, leaning his head against the tree.

"Wow your boring." Kaity smirked.

"Very." Zero said, nodding his head in agreement. He looked around, noticing how dark it was getting. He stood up and unrolled a sleeping bag.

Kaity watched him and smiled, he was pretty cute. "Getting ready to sleep?" She stood up.

"Well... Just getting ready. I mean, I don't sleep early." Zero said, chuckling a little.

"Ohhhh hmm..." Kaity kicked at some dirt. "Wanna walk around the forest?" She placed her hands behind her back and smiled.

Zero thought about her question. "Sure. I mean, I'm probably not going to sleep until a couple of hours."

"Cool beans!" Kaity smiled and started to walk off into the forest. "Hurry up slow poke!"

Zero trudged after her, wondering why she would plunge into the darkness of the forest.

"This place is cool at night." Kaity looked up at the moon and smiled.

Zero nodded, thinking that he didn't need to say anything to admire the night.

Kaity quietly walked through the forest enjoying every second.
