"It's his movie...we were supposed to watch it when we got back that night. I'd never seen it and when he died..I forgot it was there." Gwen curled up more "Please just shut it off...please."

"It's not your fault Shrike you didn't know. I had no idea it was still here, I forgot." Gwen lifted her head to wipe away the tears while he wasn't looking. Her eyes were puffy though a dead give away she had been crying.

Gwen thought about Shrike's offer for a few minutes. "I would rather burn it honestly, but you can have it I don't care anymore." She tucked a strand of hair behind her right ear.

Shrike nodded, taking the DVD and putting it into his Hammerspace. He chose a different movie and slotted it into the machine.

"That's perfect, I've been meaning to have a marathon again. You obviously don't have to stay through the marathon that'd take an entire day if not more." Gwen sat up cross legged now, still partly covered by her sheets. "Thank you Shrike." her tone was appreciative, yet there was still a hint of sorrow.

"Of course Ill stay through it," Shrike said, "I think the movies are awesome." He jumped back onto the bed.

Shrike eventually began to fall asleep, the fact that he had watched Fellowship of the Ring so many times that his head hurt taking its toll. His head lulled onto Gwens lap.

Gwen fidgeted as she realized her pillow was moving. He had fallen asleep and Shrike's head moved slowly downward and was now in her lap. "He's so silly." she spoke to herself aloud as she gently stroked his hair.

Shrike shuffled peacefully in his sleep. His cheeks flushed an icy blue, before his face took a sour tone, as if he was eating a sour grape. His sour expression turned fearful as his figiting intensified.

Shrike tossed over and wrapped his arms around Gwens waist, holding on to them tightly.

"Um Shrike...are you okay?" Gwen felt his forehead but he wasn't warm. Hmm I wonder if he's having a bad dream, she thought to herself.

"Shrike, wake up I think you're having a bad dream." Gwen shook him a little more then stopped. "You're okay Shrike, I promise. Nothing's wrong, you're safe." she tried to console him as he might need to be woken gently.

Shrike let out a puff from his mouth, and he fell peaceful once again, a small smile appearing on his lips.

"Phew that's much better." Gwen smiled at him, he looked so happy in his sleep. Shrike didn't wear a peaceful expression often. "See you look so much better when you're not trying to be a tough guy." she kissed his forehead.

Shrike sighed and blew a bit more air out of his mouth, its winds floating up into the sky with a slight golden hue. His Power Ring glowed with a warm power which set a small light in the room.
