Jara (PRIVATE)

"To see if it'd impress you, duh. If you watch and you're not impressed, then there's something wrong with you. Yeah being intelligent is cool and stuff, but strength is super important. I feel like I'm teaching a Health class instead of talking to my...uh...good friend, I guess? What would you consider us?" He started walking.

Tara walked next to Jason and listened to him talk about how strength is important and stuff. She honestly wasn't paying attention, because she really liked how his voice sounded. Jason had stopped talking and it sounds like he asked a question. Tara panicked and decided she could just say her normal um and get away with it. "Um..." She really hoped the question wasn't important.

"Nevermind." He slowly started to hold her hand, being...bicep to shoulder. Soon, they arrived at the workout place, and he let go of her hand, and walked in.

Tara had to force herself not to smile when he held her hand. It was cute because he was practically leaning over to reach it. "So, this is where the magic happens?"

"Yeah." He went over to the heaviest weights, grabbing the third to heaviest. He did squats, then oush ups, then started using the weights. "That doesn't impress you one bit?" He tried to use Hot eyes.

Tara shooke her head an sat on one of the tables. There was absolutely no one else in the gym. So all Tara could do was watch Jason run around and try to impress her. She didn't understand what the whole muscle thing was. "Why would you want to be so buff?"

"It's a great way to get girls, and well, it's healthy to have at least some muscles. Anyway, I guess we could head to your cabin to watch a movie, or go surfing?"

"There's people in my cabin."

"What do you want to do?"

Tara shrugged. "Whatever." She thought about it, "I can't surf though. I've never been."

"Would dinner be alright? Outside of camp, I know this fancy diner. If you wanted to go-"

"Totally." Tara smiled, he was so cute. Why was he wasting his time on her? She ha no idea, but she was enjoying it.

TIME SKIP

Jason was waiting for her outside of her cabin door. He was wearing a tuexdo, black pants, and black shoes. Another girl opened the door.

"Heyyy, Jasonnn. So, who're you-"

He looked over her, seeing Tara. Woah. Beautiful.

The flirty girl went on her tiptoes and started kissing Jason. Jason pried her off.

"Mia, I'm not here for you. I'm here for Tara."

"Who?"

"...Tina."

Mia laughed. "Nice joke, let's kiss more."

"No, it's not a-" She started kissing him again.

Tara tried her best not to look at the two making out. She felt awkward and opened the door to the cabin, "let me know when you're done." She let the door slam loudly and she went in to sit on her bed.

Ooc:I have to go to a church activity be back in a few hours.

When Jason finally pried her off and told her to go away, he knocked on the door. Why did hot girls always ruin his date with another hot girl? But...Tara was a different type of hot girl. Besides the part where she didn't melt over his muscles, he liked that she was different.

Tara opened the door. She had changed out of her dress and into jeans and a hogwarts shirt. "Ready?"

Jason nodded. He bent down to kiss her cheek, then offered his hand.

Tara pressed her lips and took his hand. "So, where are we going?" Tara let the door shut, half her siblings trying t look at who Tara was with.

"McDonalds.......nah I'm just kidding. Some French place. Inséparables. What's that mean?"

Tara shrugged. "I don't know." She pushed he hair out of her face. She had left it down instead of her normal messy bun and it was bothering her a lot. "Do you leave camp a lot?"

"Nah. But, if you wanted, I could get us weapons before we left. My friends usually end up in trouble outside of New York. Reminds me, you have to meet Kaden sometime."

Some girls snickered. "Hey, Tina, in case you didn't know, if your date has a tuexdo on, you probably shouldn't be wearing ugly clothes that look like they're from a 50 cent store."

"Quinn, you're wrong. She looted the 50 cent store yesterday." They all laughed.

"Shut up, guys. She can wear what she wants."

"C'mon, Jason, seriously? You're loosing all your reputation walking around with her!"

Jason sighed, putting his head down.

Tara chewed her lip, "do you want me to change? I just got a little upset. I can change back."

"No, it's not you, it's them. You don't have to change for me, personality or clothes. I just feel like for once I'm the one being opposed by the popular, instead of me being popular and opposing people. But, I've always known they were idiots. I just wanted to be popular and cool. And don't worry, this date'll be our last. I'm embarrassing you and putting you in the center of attention, one, and two you obviously don't like me if you haven't cracked yet." For the first time in a while, Jason looked sad. He still wanted to trick her into admitting it, but he truly was sad.

"Oh." Tara whispered. She dropped his hand, "Am I bothering you? Because you asked me."

"No, you're not bothering me...I think I'll just be in my cabin. Maybe we can go out another time." He went the other way, running.

"See, girls, he saw Tina's face and started running. Nice job, Tina. Maybe you could hook up with one of the nerds at the library. We told you that you and Jason could never be a thing. Don't act scared- we read your diary one night."
