New sisters (private)

"Come, sit with us!" Cleopatra said, an inviting smile present on her face. This is my chance to be at the populars again. I loved the attention. I walked towards Cleopatra's group, feeling kinda shy. "H-hi." I said with a slight smile. Oh no.. I'm stuttering. I should not be stuttering! "Thank you for the invitation." I said again, a confident smile plastered over my face. I remember what we used to talk about, my squad. Nail polish, glitter, boys and etc. Is it the same stuff the populars here talk about? Well I guess I have to find out.

"Are you from the US?" Cleopatra asked. Before I answered, I looked at the sun above. My ocean blue eyes standing out, my auburn hair looking shiny as silk. I looked at Cleopatra, my curls bouncing up and down. "No. I'm from the UK." I said with my thick british accent. I guess Cleopatra did not notice my british accent before. I smiled at her with my pearly white teeth. I flattened out the teal dress that I was wearing and took of my shades above my head.

" It's very overwhelming. I like it here a lot, it's just that I still don't have friends despite the fact that i'm new." I paused, remembering my squad. Oh hey they used to cheer me up during bad days. I really miss them. "I hope you guys will be my new friends, maybe I can join your squad or we could create a squad together." I cheerfully said. I then looked at my nails which were painted in different pastel colors with a ribbom each corner of each nail. I looked back at them and I can see Cleopatra's green eyes stare directly at my eyes. I smiled. What were they thinking at the moment? Will they be my friends?

"It would be an honor to hang out with the populars, and yeah I painted them myself." I said to them with a huge smile plastered on my face. I looked each one of them in the eye and twirled my hair at the same time. "So what do you want to do next?" I asked them.

"I won't even last a day with the other cliques. Of course i'm only hanging with the populars, I meant us. I told Cleopatra. "Yeah let's take a swim! It is very hot today!" I said, a little excitement present in my voice. I took of my dress, revealing the triangl bikini I had ordered out of Amazon. It's black and White. I took of my accessories and hid them under my dress. I also removed my flip flops that were encrusted with blue and pink gems. I looked at Cleopatra with a smile as I waited for her to go swimming. When she was finally done, we ran to the refreshing water.

"Yeah it is cold!" I told her. My body was like a phone in vibrate mode. I took a ponytail and tied my hair in a high ponytail. "So what have you been up to? Any love interests? Enemies? Bestfriends?" I asked Cleopatra to ruin the silence.

"Me? I'm really not sure if I have a love interest right now." I said, lying. I'm nervous that she'll find out I hanged out with a Hephaestus kid, which is my current love interest. "My bestfriends are , well soon to be, the populars!" I said with a huge smile on my face.

Did she notice that I was lying? Oh no.. Should I cut off any ties with Liam? Well we aren't really dating but we had a few moments here and there. "Wanna go back to the shore? The water's super cold and I don't want to get sick or anything." I said to Cleopatra.

BIC: "Oh sure, if you want," Cleopatra smiled, even though they had only been in the water for like, three minutes. "But you know, if you get sick, go to the infirmary, they can patch you up in seconds!"

Walking out of the sea as if she was shooting an ad for bikinis, she shook her curls and laid down on her towel slowly, the sun making the water droplet on her skin sparkle like crystals. "So tell me," she smiled, "where are you from? Was it nice there?"
