Torture time.

Phil passes the next few minutes silent. When the guards arrive he'll make his move. Dean's lack of faith in him (granted it was probably justified) made him want to steal from him. Yeah, he knew that feel. It was his way of getting his frustration out without being too straightforward about it. "I am doing it, look at me being a good legionnaire."

"O-kayyyy, look at me being a good probie. A valuable teammate, a person you can trust with the responsibility to 'hold the door'. Or the tunnel."

"Trying to distract myself saying what a boy scout legionnaire thinks of himself. How much? It's been a while since l last asked."

Phil smirked. "Yeah, or at least, 'murders don't happen that often'. Besides, the public should alwaus like their Roman leaders, no?"

"So, what will happen if l do take a step on the left, on the last remaining two minutes or so?"

"Yeah, 'move from my spot.'" That may have potentially rebuilt the broken ice between the two but it was worth it.

"Yeah, yeah. Please tell me we are done with this. The next guys should be here by two centuries ago."

"30 seconds until they-" "ROMANS! AT ATTENTION!" Looking over my shoulder, I saw some d0uche from the first walking in with one of my cohortmates. "I SAID AT ATTENTION!" "Alright Phill, we get to go now."

Phil took a sigh of relief. "Alright amigos, have fun in your torture. Ciao."He grabbed Dean and walked away. "Ah, freedom. Finally." he said and as stealthily as possible he used his stealthy mercury-ness to get Dean's electronical possesion off his pockets without the son of Securitas realising.

Well that wasn't expected. The kid just walked over to me and, like, grabbed me. "I SAID STAND AT ATTENTION ROMAN!" "Sorry bro, shift's over see ya. And can you let go of my damn arm please?"

"Ok, not the touchy-feely type of guy. I can respect that. I just wanted to get away as fast as possible, one more second and my head would explode."

"Yeah." Now, let's put on a smug ol' grin. "I am pretty sure you didn't need this with you." he says getting Dean's iPod out of his pocket. "Be careful next time."

"What the-" Annnnnd he had the iPod. That little probatio bast*rd. Drawing Darcy (Mainz Gladius) from her sheath at my hip, I pointed her at Phill and said "Hand over the f*cking iPod Phill. Now."

"Dude. You think l'd show you l got it if l didn't intend to return it? Now, get over the pointy blade cause imminent death makes me nervous and it will all end well for both of us. Mainly for me. I am facing a blade now."

Oh, so he'd steal but doesn't like having a blade at his neck...or kinda perpendicular from his neck but across a hallway. Not wanting to break the whole 'annoyed and deadly; character and since intimidation is FUN XD I held my left hand out towards Phill. "Then hand over the iPod and nobody is getting hurt."

Phil hands over the iPod. "Dunno, seems like your pride got hurt for some reason. I am not a bad guy, l gave it back, l literally stole it for like a minute or so, it was an exhibition, if you will. Now put the sword away please or l will have to resort to running away like a coward. Thanks." Yeah, let's add some 'humor' to this. That should help us live.

"No, not pride; I just really wanted my iPod back." As I put the iPod away and sheathed Darcy, a stupid grin came across my face. "Kid, you should've seen yourself back there. That was the closest thing to deer caught in headlights I've seen since leaving Michigan."
