Last time I checked, Demeter kids could do stuff like that. It's changing the shape of the staff and other organic materials. That's basically the same thing as growing plants.

Shape-shifting: Changing your shape entirely. IE: I transformed from a human into a wolf.

She can hold characteristics for up to an hour. She can change shapes of organic materials up to three times a day. Never both at the same time. Very tiring if used for too long. (faints and sleeps for three days at most.)

Most powerful spells would be Teleportation spells. Only a max of 13 spells a days for each of them.

How far can they teleport?

It would be to say the other side of a state but then would need to rest for several days.

Life Before CHB:Orphaned at the age of 7. He roamed the streets of New York for most of his life. Quickly picked up fighting and had to fight to keep alive when he developed his strength. The master of the gym took pity on James and taught him how to fight. James ran from monsters until he was found running from the minotaur.
RP Example:I walked back up the street to the gym. It looked like it had been abandoned. I stepped into the door and saw that the gym was destroyed on the inside. I walked back to the street and ran to the hills. I was going back to camp. I could just see the dragon and camp when a beast crashed through the trees. I pulled out my sword and slashed the beast's neck open. I ran on to the camp.

RP Example*:The satyr screamed as the beast attacked. I flipped my coin and there was my sword Energy. I swung it down as the fury came at me. I slashed and the fury screamed in pain. I ran with the satyr and we went into camp.

RP Example*: I saw the student turn his head. He immediately ran away. I used the mirror to track the movements of the minotaur. The minotaur turned around. I swung my sword and sliced the minotaur throat. The minotaur screamed. Damn it didn't die. I swung again and lopped its head off.
