I would say he can control enough heat energy to create up to 3 fires a day for 5 minutes each. He can store enough energy for 1 fire for the same time limit.

Yes that is the only use of the stored energy and the ring is the only thing that can store energy

When he stores the energy, does it have a time limit? Like, after __ hours, the energy will expire, so to say.

After each hour the energy gets less powerful so yes about 3 hours before it is useless

And Eurybia is more of a water goddess, so I really don't think her kids would have wind powers.

What's the most severe wound that she can have healed in water? Can she heal others?

I would say she could heal small wounds for others but that would tire her out alot.
She could heal flesh but if there were internal bleeding then she would die eventually.
Otherwise that is basically it.
