How long does she have to wait, in between blasts of lightning?

Using the term "diameter" when you're talking about her blasts of lightning is slightly confusing, because it implies the blast goes on all around her instead of in one direction; I suggest you say the blast can go up to 6 meters away from her, instead of "diameter." Also, please put in that the blast without the branches is 4m.

They can be thrown up to 10 feet. Can use the fireball ability 10 times and can create the fire 6 times a day. Is also immune to fire. He can feel the heat, but nothing can damage his clothes, or skin when on fire.
Life Before CHB*: Ross lived in a rich house, with a normal life. He was taken to Camp-Half-Blood safely by a satyr. On the way to camp, however, the satyr got lost in the woods. He got attacked by a hellhound, which is the cause of his missing eye. He killed the hound, and got to camp. He liked the new camp, but he especially liked the sword fighting. So, he practices his sword fighting everyday.
RP Example*: I walked into the arena. I grab my sword, and light it on fire. I press a button on the wall, and the dummies pop up, and they start to attack me with spears, swords and knife's. I made this special feature in the arena myself. One threw it's spear at me and I cut it in half mid-air. I slice off another one's head, lighting the body on fire. I get behind it, and kick it towards another one. They both turn into ash. I disarm another one, while it was attempting to stab me. I grab the knife and throw it at the rest, it going right through their straw heads. I take another breath. I think I beat my high score. I say to myself, and walk out, planning to come back later.

The skeletons are complete bone, while the zombies still have rotten flesh on them. She can choose whether she wants zombies or skeletons.

No, nothing would happen, except for the person having a bite mark or something.

What level of intelligence do the skeletons/zombies have? Do they come with weapons? If so, how well do they wield said weapons?

The skeletons/zombies would be highly unintelligent. They do come with weapons. They can sometimes have a bow and arrow, or a sword. The sword would just be fashioned out of bone, while the arrow tips would be Stygion iron. The skeletons/zombies are as good as a first year camper. They can be destroyed with one hit.

Brave and smart aren't really talents, unless he's especially smart at a certain subject or something.

Other than that, the rest is a-okay!
