Life Before CHB*: He doesn't remember much before he woke up in a cab in the middle of Time Square. Somehow, he suspects that he is a halfblood and should be attending a special camp. He does not know, however, that he was once Mason vanTrump and has now been reborn. Trevor hot-wired the car and drove it to a hill that kept on appearing in his dreams. He tries to remember as much as he can, but only one name pops up in his head. Sirius.
RP Example*: I walked up the hill with a smile on my face. I've finally found it! I checked the backpack that was with me when I woke up. Two canisters of that honey colored stuff(which I know is called nectar), a pack of crackers(called ambrosia), and an extra large roll of duct tape. Oh, and my weapons. Life Before CHB*: Dimitra was born to a standard family; a mom, a stepdad, a little sister whom she adored. She loved life and she couldn't bear to part with them. But all good things must come to an end. A fire broke out when she was around three. The trend continued even when Demetri was born. She always thought the fires were her fault. So at eight years old, she ran away. She was on her own for eight years wandering through the woods. Dimitra had lived up in a tree. Yes, a tree. In her hair was a tiara made of some metal... Bronze, maybe? When she touched the charm, it turned into the bow and enchanted quiver of arrows that kept her alive for eight years. On her sixteeth birthday, she was visited by a satyr strolling through the woods one day. At first, Huntress thought it was just a goat and tried to, er, kill him a little. But don't worry; he stopped her and made her freak out a bit. He guided her to CHB and the rest is history.
RP Example*: I heard a noise to my right and turned with the speed of a cheetah. A goat? In the middle of the Ohio woods? Whatever. I notched an arrow and aimed. The goat froze and sniffed the air. "Don't shoot!" I blinked. Did that goat talk? He stepped where I could see him. Waist down was the goat I wanted to kill. Waist up was a young man. "Hi, I'm Forrest---" "AHHH!!!" I screamed and fell from my tree.

At most for things related to heat, we allow up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.

Life Before CHB*: Malecai was born and raised in Venice, Italy by his father, Francisco. He went to te school there, but could never really click with the students or the teachers. He ended up just getting homeschooled. His father, a historian, taught Malecai everything he knew. This intrigued the nine yearold. Everyday after his lessons, he would go up to his room and build. And build. And build. His room eventually became a lab filled with experiments, beakers, and unfinished projects. One night, he finished making a bedside waterfall that had taken two years to fully complete. As soon as he placed the last stone, a rainbow appeared as well as an odd golden coin. He tossed the coin in the rainbow and an image appeared: children laughing; people his age playing archery; battling monsters; a cabin full of work tools and mathematical equations...... He wanted that bad. He quickly scribbled a note to his dad and set off alone to find this place. He went on land and by sea, by foot and by boat, just to find Long Island, New York. Eventually he arrived at his promised land. "Welcome to Camp Halfblood!"

Life Before CHB*: Rayni grew up in West Virginia with her mother and baby brother, Ben. Her mother worked as a mail carrier (go figure) and met Hermes along a route one day. When Rayni reached five, her mother was remarried to a dentist named Rob. Yes, just Rob. He took care of the family with care, noting Rayni's running skills. He convinced her to do track and field. So when she turned 6, she was running for her school. There she met a friendly face, a young man close to her age named Joshua. She thought he was funny looking because he had little stubbles on his chin, but they soon became friends. They would tie for first in every race. Their was always a teacher, Mrs. Salamander to be exact, glaring at them each time. One day during the Sixth Grade Track&Field Championship, Mrs. Salamander called Rayni aside while Josh was in the bathroom. She pulled her to the classroom and suddenly changed into a snake-like woman. Which didn't make sense, because salamanders are amphibians, so.... ANYWAY she tried to attack Rayni, but Josh came back just in time. He handed her a knife and the tag-teamed the dracaena until she was nothing but dust. Josh then ran away with a very angry, very hyper Rayni to camp. Then he revealed he was a satyr. It was obvious, actually, so Rayni wasn't very shocked. I mean, "Joshue Tree"? Really?
RP Example*: I walked to the beach happily, excited to be outdoors for what seemed like years. I walked beside some older kids and reached into their pickets, collecting twenty dollars from both. Score. I sat on the edge of the shore, right where the ocean would hit my feet. Sighing, I wrote in my journal about different cures for cancer that doctors could use. So far, I cured three people alone. And took their money. But still.
