Weapon: Devan's weapons of choice are two celestial bronze knives that's blades are as long as her forearms. However, she is comfortable using most other weapons.
Armor: Devan just uses her basic celestial bronze armor, but she despises the use of a helmet.
Powers:
1) Devan can control water: Up to 15 gallons at a time, and up to 10 times a day. She can't control anything for longer than 10 minutes straight, but the longer she goes, the less water she can control.
2) Devan breathe under water: No longer than 10 minutes straight.
3) Devan can create whirlpools: Up to 7 feet in diameter, and only 2 times a day. She has to wait 6 hours in between uses, or Devan passes out for 3-5 hours.

Flaws: Devan is loud, usually has a bad attitude, obnoxious, stubborn, full of herself, swears a bit more than necessary, she isn't very courteous to others, and she has a weak left wrist.
Strengths: Devan is good at defending herself in a fight, she has a reletively nice sense of style, and she can read people pretty well.
Weaknesses: She doesn't show any emotion easily, her mother, and she is a horrible archer.
Fears: Devan is terrified of spiders and clowns.
Personality: Devan is a loud, obnoxious, and stubborn girl. She likes getting her way, and isn't afraid to hurt someone who bothers her. She's easily ticked off. Devan is a pretty intelligent girl; especially when it comes to fighting tactic. She doesn't get offended easily and unfortunately doesn't realize others do. She's not particularly courteous to others. Devan often dances the line between teasing and disrespect; but she never intentionally tries to disrespect anyone.

Devan is a pretty girl. Her long brown hair is layered down to the middle of her back. She has a heart-shaped face, and larger than average hazel eyes. She has slightly plump lips and thicker eyebrows. Her body is of average build, and average height; but she stands as if she's taller than mountains. She is usually found wearing skinny jeans, a white racer-back tank-top and her favorite leather jacket. Her ears are pierced in two places, but her left ear has a third piercing.
Summer or Year Rounder: Devan stays at camp year round.
Years at Camp: Devan's been at camp for nearly 2 years.
Life Before CHB: Devan was born in Napples, Italy, to a woman named Haylee Ross. Haylee was an American woman who moved to Italy for a job offer that fell flat. Haylee lived with Devan on the streets until she died after Devan's 7th birthday. Devan did go to school for a while, but ran away after 6th grade. Devan lived with her mother's friend Angelo, on the streets of Napples fending for herself and learning how to fist-fight. In the summer of her 9th birthday, Angelo was killed by a large dog she later learned was a hell-hound. She became particularly good at knife fighting, when she met a man named Oliver, taught her how to fight and fend for herself. She worked with Oliver for many years until her 14th birthday. On November 25th, (the year of her 14th birthday) she and Oliver were attacked by 4 dracaenae. She and Oliver fought their best, but Oliver didn't make it. He was killed by one of the snake women at the last moment. Devan learned from the man that he was a satyr, and she was a demigod. She learned then about camp half-blood.
Role-playing Example: It was a dark, windy fall day and Devan was bored. Her birthday wasn't for another week and she needed something to do. She decided to go to the arena to keep up on her sword fighting skill. There she found two campers practicing. "Hey, can I practice with you two?" She asked. They both nodded and turned toward her, readying their stances. Devan studied them for a moment. One was a boy and he was younger, maybe 13-14 years old--his sword was too heavy for him. The other was a girl, probably 15-16 and she looked like the boy's older sister. Devan readied her celestial bronze sword and charged toward the boy, knowing the girl would probably protect him. As the girl jumped to meet Devan's sword, she knew she had guessed correctly. Devan pushed away the girl's sword and sliced down at her shoulder. The girl jumped back; but the tip of Devan's sword nicked her shoulder. The young boy sprung forward, and Devan side-stepped the inexperienced demigod, and met his sister's returning strike. Devan parried it away easily. The girl was obviously not particularly experienced either. Devan's parry knocked the girl down. She smiled and looked up at Devan. "You're really good," she commented. "Thanks." Devan returned, as she helped the girl up.
