Finnick laughed. "One day, and we're already connnneected. I sound like a hippie now." He then told the man rudely to put the mustard on it. The man frowned at him and gave Alice her hot dog, and him a burned one. He frowned upon it.

"Okay." We had only walked a little, when I saw a hair salon. I told Finnick to wait there, and when I got out, my hair was mostly dark brown with some still-blond streaks in it. "So?"

Finnick led her towards the rocks, which many kids enjoyed climing up and down. Luckily many of the kids weren't there, just a few hanging around.

I let go of Finnick's hand and scrambled up the tallest one. I felt like a queen, standing on the top of the rock, my hair flying around my face because of the wind. "So this is what it feels like to be tall."
