Can you tone down how bright his eyes are a bit? And does a person need to be staring directly into his eyes to be blinded for (blank) long?

Well, it is kind of his only power but...

They have to be looking at his face at least, so he looks at something then quickly takes his sunglasses off to use his power...

... a regular human is blinded for two hours, and a half blood is for about one hour... a monster is just well, incapacitated as it were for a few minutes...

I think 1 hour for a demigod and 2 for a regular human would be a bit too long... The other RP-er would be severely annoyed.

Okay... 30 mins for a demi-god and 1 hour for a human? Cos it is his only power and i want it to be quite good and not just get under powered....

It's based on how many people are in the cohorts. The one with the least amount gets the newest Roman kid.

Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Can plant thoughts of extreme revenge into someones head, to make them want to get vengeance on a certain person through any means, can be either severe or minor. Can only use once a day.
Life Before CHB*: Revana grew up in Spain as a young girl, but was forced to move to America, New York, at the age of 9, as her father had become a wealthy businessman there, and therfore changed his name to "Price", for he became a biollionaire within a year. She lived the life of a spoilt brat, until she was 12. Her father, John, was assassinated on her 12th birthday, and she ran away, and hit the streets. She found a talent for being untrustworthy, and used this skill to survive on the streets of New York, without being found by the Police, as she was considered a national jewel.

When she was 13 however, she felt the sudden urge to find whoever killed her father, and pay him back. She found him easily using her talents, and stealthily assassinated him while he was sleeping in the mansion, bought with the blood money that got her father killed. Then, she journeyed to Camp Half Blood, feeling that there was a place where she would be safe, and where she would best train her talents, and for the last 5 years she has been doing this.

She still isn't trustworthy.
RP Example*: Revana ran away from the scene of the crime, knowing the guards were hot on her tail. She kept on going, but was then shocked to hear the sounds of gunfire.

“Now they want to shoot a kid?” she mumbled, noticing a hedge a bit further onwards. “Perfect.”

She sprinted the last stretch up to the hedge, and jumped, using her strength for all it was worth to push herself over it, while trying not to fall into it completely. She stopped as soon as she was on the other side, and instead of continuing, stopped, and hid in the darkness, crouching, remaining perfectly still.
She then felt a strange sensation in her arm, and looked down to it so see blood.

“They… they got me?”
Any notes about your characters: Fairly evil, but in a sort of playful way. Wants to cause trouble.

How bad is the poison on her knife?

When she plants thoughts, does she plant specific sentences in the person's mind, like "Kill him for killing your pet rat"? How does she do this?

Sorry, should have put which type, my mistake.

It's paralysing poison, which renders the target paralysed for 10 seconds, but only if its a definite stab, a slash will not do this.

And, she sends "dark whispers" into the other persons head, which noone else can hear or see any evidence of.

These whispers don't say anything specifically, but, they trigger like, receptors in the brain or whatever, to make them want to gain revenge on the other person in any way possible, if that makes sense, its all to do with the head.

Its all mental stuff.

Don't think I'd allow paralyzing poison.

And not even if it only works if it is stabbed directly into the other persons flesh, and for less time like 5 seconds?

Usually poisons that causes temporary weakness; paralysis would give your character a bit of a power-play advantage over the other character.

I guess, that is fair enough.

How about a poison that causes the other persons limbs to feel like a dead weight? So it causes more effort to use, and therefore they are slower in battle?

Depends on how much slower and how long it'd last.

Their reactions would be slightly slowe, not because of the effect, but it would take them more effort to use thier limbs, although this would still allow them to block and defend themselves.

This would last for about 5 seconds, although this would be activated by either a slash or a stab.

If used multiple times on the same person, would the person begin to develop an immunity/resistance to the poison?

Yes.

But it is a complex poison, as it has been mixed with gold, and therefore would have to be used about 15 times on the same person before they could begin to develop a resistance to it.

These 15 time however would have to be in different battles, as if it was constantly used in quick succession, it would only hurt them more, and they wouldn't gain that much of a resistance.

So...

I'd say, 15 times over a period of 5 battles before a resistance can be acquired.
