A nurse came in and turned out the light and I said nothing more. I had a small coughing fit. And because it was so dark, no one could tell I was coughing up blood.

"I was rushed in from my mom stabbing me. After the surgery I was knocked out. Somebody let my mom in and she took a scalpel and staped me numerous times. I was bleeding uncontrolably, a nurse finally came in and took my mom away. I was awake and they rushed me to the OR. They couldn't me anymore painkillers of else I would be overdosed. I had to feel every incision they made and all of the tubes they put into me. That's why I hate these things". I wince and point to the tubes."I just don't feel safe here". I look at the door.
