I smile evily, "Lose? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the word." Witty banter aside, I was pretty sure I would lose cause I was never TOO good at BS. I always was pretty bad at lying in this game.

"Okay, if you say so." I look at my hand, and lay down the first card I saw, which was a three. I think I'll be honest for the first couple turns, but I'll see if I can trick her. But with my luck, I'll probably make some stupid face or something when I try to lie. "Three."

I scanned her face, and didn't see any change in it, so I figured she was telling the truth. I don't know if she has any tell tale signs of tricking somebody, so it might be a bit hard to tell. I lay down a card, and keep an eye on her. "Eight."

I stare blankly for a second, before realizing I was still watching her. I shake my head, and flip over the card I just put down, showing her it was a eight. I push the two cards in the pile towards her, and smile comfortingly. "On the bright side, it's just two cards."

I smile comfortingly, "Don't worry, it's just the first couple cards. You should try and look for when I look like I'm lying first before you yell BS though. Cause let me let you in on a little secret." I lean in a little, careful not to lean in closely enough to look at her cards, and whisper, "I'm not great at lying. Whenever I play this game, I usually screw up somewhere when I lie, or if I lie in general. So just pay attention, and you might just win. " I lean back, and lay down another card. "Four." I smile at her and laugh a little bit, "I probably actually shouldn't of told you that, cause now you'll probably win."

I hear her sigh and raise an eyebrow. Perhaps she didn't want to play cards so much. I smile to myself and lay my cards flat on the table. I lean across the table and deliver a light kiss to her lips. "How about we call the game quits for now?"
