I feel the warmth of Analeigh's hand. It calms me down. "Yeah, i guess." I look at her. "I had another sister too. one from two different mortal parents. She tried to stop me from running away. Bia told e she knew too much and to kill her." A tear went down my cheek. "I couldn't do it. Not to her. So Bia punished me. Branded some wierd sybol on my arm." I held out my arm to show it to her. "I think it says "forgive" or something."

Tears filled to the brim in Analeigh's violet eyes, atleast they were violet to her, she dint know what colour Zen would see them as. As she looked at Zen arm, she couldn't help but reach out and hug him, 'That's terrible, I cant believe she would ask you to do something like that to your own sister, well actually I can..but I think it's pretty brave of you to refuse your mom like that, to protect your sister, thats what love does you know, makes you brave enough to do things you never thought possible..all for the people you love.' She blinked and pulled back, she hadn't realised her tears had spilt over and were rolling down her cheeks, looking away she wiped a tear away with the back of her hand but more kept coming.

I don't like watching other people cry, especially pretty girls. I lean over and hug her back. "Its okay. we dont have to make decisions like that anymore." I started to get teary-eyed, but fought back the tears. I continue to say its okay while hugging her.

Analeigh was surprised by the hug and also quite grateful. It felt good, she wiped away all her tears and recomposed herself. She smiled up at Zen, her violet eyes sparkling, 'Thank you..', she whispered.

'No problem', she smiled. She used her free hand to brush her hair back, away from her face, it fell in waves around her shoulders framing her heart shaped face that was slightly flushed pink at the moment.

I looked at the lake. The sunlight was bouncing off of it, creating vibrant colors. I sigh. "So, what about your life?"

"Hmph. I can do tricks with water, but I can't harm anyone. Like I want to hurt anybody," She said, rolling her eyes, as she put back her guitar in her case, which was covered in pictures in the inside. It was obvious she had a Polaroid camera, as there were pictures of her lauhing or of her best friend who was a guy, making funny expressions. She missed him dearly, but not enough to come back. She then closed it, stabding back up. "You have any powers? Like me waking up and finding myself on a raft in the middle of the lake?" She frowned. She didnt know how to swim that well.
