Samuel smiled slightly "Rain a little too much for you?" His body was dripping lightly, but he was ok with it. He enjoyed the water.

"not really, it's just that I like this dress, and my hair will be annoying later if it gets any wetter" I replied, but kept a up beat tone.

Samuel laughed a bit, and then said "Well, I prefer to be in the rain, since it is calming, and it does wonders for our body."

I was clueless, what did rain do to our bodies "what does rain do to us?" I asked.

"Keeps our bodies hydrated for one, It also cleanses the body of dirt, grime, and other disgusting things. Most of us don't realize it, but without the rain, we wouldn't have a lot of the water we use for washing, drinking, and cleaning. The water may have been here before, this is true, but the rain water is definitely cleaner than the water in the ocean or lakes, or other places." Samuel said, trying to recall all he learned about rain.

"oh, but to drink it we need to purify it to keep it from being harmful, it starts out as vapor that builds up in the clouds, than into water."

"But it all comes down as rain, which does exactly as I said, and When it is some of it goes back up to the clouds to be rain again." Samuel noted.

"you think so?" I said smiling, brushing a strand of my hair behind my shoulder.

"yes, I do." samuel said, smiling as he leaned up against the tree again, feeling the rain pour down his face. He shook his hair to the side, as it was getting in his vision, he also wiped some of the water off his face to prevent himself from getting watered eyes.

I blushed slightly"thank you" I said and walked over to him"does the rain bother your eyes?" I asked, seeing him wipe water from his eyes.

I smiled and eased my arm a bit, it started to get stiff from holding the umbrella.

I nodded"it's sort of refreshing" I said, hearing thunder rumble, she wasn't afraid of thunder but her ear twitched.

at hearing the thunder rumble, Samuel felt himself becoming his old self again, surprisingly, and he said "You know, the rain seems to bring your beauty out a bit Nora. I mean, it was there beforehand, let me tell ya, but now, I can see it clearer than I could before."

I blushed"thats so sweet" I said giving a shy smile, though my heart had skipped a beat when I heard a piercing sound of Lightning, that one had caught me off guard, so I yelped and had fell back.

Samuel saw her falling back and he caught her mid-fall, and said "don't be falling now. remember, you don't want to ruin your favorite dress." He looked at her with them same old kind and caring eyes he had back in the day.

I smiled"thanks" she had said chuckling, he had remembered this was her favorite dress.
