Cassiopeia stopped in amazement; her hands were still clutching Jackson’s hand. “Wow,” she exclaimed. “There are huge valuable treasures down in Ohio. No wonder many monsters and demigods want to get here. They probably encounter each other or die in the hands of the traps or die in the hands of…the treasure guardian.” The idea of a guardian just popped out from her mind and she had no idea why…probably because she’d read too much books with treasures inside it.

Jackson nodded, looking around. "One problem. I think we are in Kentucky now" he said and looked on the walls. "Cassie, look around but don't touch anything, I'll find a way out" he told her as he looked past piles of gleaming, tempting treasure

“Okay, I won’t,” Cassiopeia reassured him as she looked at the piles of treasures. “But be quick…it feels really strange here.”

Jackson nodded and kissed her cheek before touring the room quickly. He came back five minutes later. "I've found a way out" he said and led her over to where steps were, solid silver, leading down. "Ready?" He asked, holding up his lantern.

Cassiopeia sighed with relief. She’d almost touched a beautiful necklace made of gold and silver before Jackson’s voice slapped her back into reality. Cassiopeia kissed Jackson’s cheek back when he returned. “You’re a genius,” Cassiopeia said gratefully and took her bow. “Let’s just go down and finish this.”

"No..." Cassiopeia narrowed her eyes. She took an arrow and set it on her bow, just in case if something suspicious happens...and she was quite right. "Wait. I see something." She said quickly in alarm. "A speck of light...I dunno what it is, though."

Jackson crept towards the light slowly, sword in hand as his bow was on his back. "I can't tell what it is...." He said walking faster now towards the light when suddenly he tripped

"Jackson!" Cassiopeia shouted (not in purpose, but in surprise) and ran to his side. She took out a flashlight from her pocket and shone the floor. She gasped, and suddenly she felt that she wanted to throw up. "Gods," she murmurred. She saw skulls...skeletons...many of them. Her hands trembled and she took a step back. "What in the world--?"

Jackson had landed on a bunch of skills and cursed as he stood and backed up. "This is not....oh no. We are in a monsters lair" he said and ran to the light. "Come on Cassie! We have to get out of here!"

But they were a little too late. Cassiopeia gasped as she saw monsters…many monsters in various shapes. Most of them were small, vulnerable monsters with uncertain and unconvincing faces—as if they’re trying to look horrible and dangerous. Cassiopeia had a bunch of arrows with her, and she could easily beat the small ones, of course, but it’ll took a lot of her energy. She looked at Jackson, and she actually felt both excited and nervous. “On the count of three?” she asked.

Cassiopeia poked Jackson’s arm with her bow before setting the target to the nearest monster to her. “Of course we’ll not die, Jackson. Don’t be silly,” She said to him, smiling. “I’m still waiting for the lunch. TWO,” she shouted.

"Three!" He finished and shot at the approaching wave of death and monster, stating back to back with month; or to squash me. Jackson fought hard, each arrow making a kill shot on a monster

Cassiopeia shot arrows to numerous monsters, and well…the monsters soon realized that they were actually losing the game. Despite of their massive numbers, it seemed that Jackson and she were able to hold them off. She could see their numbers depleting as she summoned a storm over a bunch of small monsters, and she was pretty sure that she could beat them.

BIC; Jackson fought long and hard, running out of arrows quickly so he used his bow like a bat, smashing it into the enemy's skulls. He was ruthless, bow in one hand, hunting knife in the other as he slashed and hacked and demolished te enemy

Cassiopeia shot the arrows so quickly that like Jackson, she ran out of arrows in a few minutes. She quickly threw her arrow case (which was made of a quite hard material) to monsters nearby and brought out a huge ice storm over a bunch of small monsters. Soon enough, she could see the depleting number of monsters, and she smiled. It was not really hard…and she was sure that they could get home to catch the prom…unless something bad happened that prevent them for going out sooner and made her miss her lunch.

“I’m glad it was over,” Cassiopeia sighed and played with her bow when they were out from the crazy labyrinth. The way back was actually, surprisingly easy. Next to the room full of monsters was a door with an ‘EXIT’ sign on it. She smiled at Jackson. With his messy hair and clothes covered with sweat and dirt…and monsters blood, he still looked sweet. “Lunch?” she said, reminding him and herself of their rumbling stomachs.

They had a great time.
That’s the only thing she could say. It was great. Right after they got out from the monsters’ basement, they walked to a restaurant nearby. She didn’t remember the name, but they sure got amazing hamburgers. And they didn’t mind the mud she and Jackson made during their lunch! She was ravenous, and she was extremely glad that she didn’t need to go wash herself before taking any food. She could…she could’ve gotten a severe stomachache if it isn’t filled with food any longer.
While she was waiting for her second cheeseburger, she looked at Jackson, and although he’d brought her into some sort of a dangerous trip underground, it was worth it. It was amazingly fun! You don’t get to explore a mini labyrinth every day, after all.
“So,” she said. “How about if we call it as a trip and go home?”

She and Jackson then went back to the house and packed things up. It was really great to be here. They had a lot of fun. And food. And adventures. And not to mention the library! They’ve gotten so many awesome books there that she wanted to go back here just to read those books. But alas, it was time for them to go. Cassie sighed and brought her backpack out of the house. The gust of cold wind greeted her. Oh…she was going to miss this place. Jackson had been really nice to make their trip as a memorable one…and the statues…

Jackson smiled, watching Cassie pack and go to the car. He had loved every second of the trip and looked forward to doing it again with Cassie. When she was in the car he took out a small camera, taking pictures of the sculptures. After that, he got in the car and handed her the camera. All throughout the trip he had been taking pictures, and they were all stored on the camera. "For you" he said, kissing her cheek before starting to drive. He kept glancing over at her, smiling as they drove their way into Pennsylvania, on the way back to camp.
After several hours of driving he looked at her "Want to stop for the night? We are about eight hours from camp and it's ten pm" he said, pulling the car over nearer to the exit ramp.
