Does she have a certain range her power could reach (ie: she can use it on a person that is, at most, 10 feet away from her)?

I was looking for an "at most" range instead of an "at least" one. Once you edit that I'll approve this unless the range seems like too much.

She can only reach this power at most 10 feet away from that person

I would think her power would be coming from her, not her potential victim -- rephrase that to say 10 feet away from your character and then I'll approve.
