I had trouble using my voice to respond. My eyes glitter and I hug myself. I nod, "Don't worry about it." It was almost a whisper. I was trying so hard. I take a deep breath, "I'm totally fine, forget it." I smile, hugging myself harder.

Stealle looked at the girl with concern. "Okay." She said, as Stealle herself hated being ragged on about things, not that that happened often, but still. She was still keeping a wary eye out in case Kat randomly decided that normal breathing was a bad idea, and choking to death seemed fun. Yeah... thats exactly what the 13 year old wanted, a fun day of near-death- experiences and anti-social teens.

Stealle was lost for words, which wasn't really a surprise. She didn't talk much anyway. She didn't think Kat looked at all Okay, but just kind of ignored it. She didn't want to push the girl too much, Stealle hated doing that.

"I didn't really have any." Stealle said as she started to flip through her sketchbook. There were barely any pages left, and she vowed to use every one of them. There were many sketches that were never finished. A few that she didn't even know what they were, or when she started them. A lot were just a jumble of lines that she would one day make something out of. There was one or two random abstract things she drew when she was extremely bored. And that one picture of a cat... She didn't know where that came from... Stealle didn't even like cats.
