"Mine has. We got a lot of clubs and stuff. Theatre, basketball, art, science, gives you extra credit. I'm in robotics and basketball." She grinned. "It also looks cool on college apps."
With her height and muscles, she was really good in basketball and played on the school team. Seeing people's faces when they realized she was a girl were always priceless.

"Wow, lots of choices there." Zane replies, thinking about each club. There was no way he would ever do Theatre, just the thought made him shudder. He was way to clumsy for Basketball. He'd probably end up scoring for the other team somehow. Art... Isn't quite as bad as the others, but he has no talent for it at all, unless you call dead flowers art. And he wasn't anywhere near smart enough for science or robotics. In a way, he envied Sawyer a bit, to have so many talents and skills. What could he do? Get lost in the shadows and kill plants.. Real impressive.

"Yep. School isn't that bad, you know. Just gotta watch out for clawed teachers and fire-haired classmates," she chuckled.
It had happened to her too often but she had fortunately managed to escape and kill them before they could do too much harm.

"Yea a might.." Zane replies softly, before realizing that probably sounded like he'd show up just for her. "J-just to see what it's like, you know.." He quickly adds, casting his gaze back over the water. "Uh, Seventeen. You?" He replies, realizing he never answered her second question.

She didn't know why, she had always pictured Zane being younger than her. Perhaps because of their height difference, perhaps because of his shyness. But knowing they were the same age was cool, gave them more in common even though they each had their specific interests.
Laying back against the hot rock, she breathed in the scent of sun-warmed grass and bark. "Gods, isn't it relaxing here. So far away from the popular clique and their chitchat."

"Yea, I guess I would be." He replied with a little nod of his head. He hadn't really thought too much about who was the same age as him, but it did relax him a bit knowing they were the same age. He leaned over the edge, resting his elbows on his thighs to support his upper body, as he looked down at the water, watching his reflection move back and forth. Zane was a bit impressed at how smooth the water surface was, almost like glass.
