Just another sandy spot

"I just, I just, I don't know!" I yell at him. I afraid that if I can't get away I might spill. I feel one tear drop. "What is this?" I thought. "I haven't cried in forever!"

I could see Jace's expression and I knew how confused she must feel...

"Okay," I say, even though I don't want the feeling to leave. I weave my fingers through his and we walk. We go towards the cabins.

I smile as I see Jace and Marcus walking together towards the cabins. They look happy together. I get up, and walk back to my own cabin.

After that dream last night, Ker needed some time to himself. He wandered around camp for a while, almost stopping at the arena, then turned in the direction of the beach. He wasn't surprised to see Liane already there, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to be with her at this time.

Ker laughed to himself. Of course he wanted to be with her! She could calm his nerves, and he wouldn't be expected to talk. (There were still some people at camp who didn't realize he didn't speak English.)

He walked down the beach quietly. His plan was to stay undetected for as long as possible, just for the fun of it.

I smile.

"Hey Kyler, Liane and, Ker." I grimmaced as I said Ker's name.
